Our Paediatric First Aid course is designed for individuals who work with children or have responsibility for their welfare. This course covers a range of topics including choking, seizures, and asthma. Participants will also learn how to manage more serious injuries such as fractures and head injuries. Good training, slight lack of professionalism
Overall training was informative and engaging, however, fairly sexist remark was made which was not appreciated.
Even as a joke, doesn't feel appropriate in the context to insult a young woman's intelligence in front of their colleagues and strangers.

I'm pleased to hear that you found the training informative and engaging, but I'm genuinely sorry that a comment I made during the course caused concern.
My intention was to create a relaxed and friendly learning environment, and the remark was made as light-hearted humour while the group were interacting together. However, I fully appreciate that humour can be interpreted differently by different people, and if something I said made anyone feel uncomfortable, I sincerely apologise.
Since receiving your message, I have reflected on your feedback and will be more mindful about keeping humour appropriate for all learners, regardless of how relaxed the atmosphere may seem. My aim is always to provide a professional, welcoming and inclusive training environment where everyone feels respected.
Thank you again for bringing this to my attention. Constructive feedback helps me continue to improve the experience for everyone who attends our courses.

Excellent Course!!!
I’ve just completed a one‑day first aid course and wanted to share how good it was. Adam and Helen delivered the training brilliantly; clear, confident and really engaging throughout. They both explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand and their practical demonstrations were spot on. The hands‑on sections were well paced, with plenty of time to practise CPR, recovery positions and dealing with incidents. Adam and Helen created a relaxed atmosphere, which made asking questions and getting involved really easy. For a one‑day course, it covered a lot without ever feeling rushed. I left feeling confident, prepared and genuinely more capable in an emergency. Highly recommended!!!

This was a fantastic corse with lots of engagement it wa straight in a really good way. Thoroughly enjoyed the day and have came away feeling very confident in first aid. Lots of little laughs along the way too.

I would definetly reccoment doing the first aid course with adam and helen, he delivered the presentation really well and also had us doing practical hands on cpr and defib which was really fun. Adam and helen were both helpful too
