We have used Adam & Helen for a few years to deliver in-house First Aid Training to our staff ahead of each season. Adam is very knowledgeable and the staff enjoy the learning.

Our Training Centre is based in South Shields, South Tyneside, Tyne and Wear where we hold regular open courses, we also provide on-site and workplace training for local businesses within a 30-mile radius of South Shields. We use a range of teaching methods and resources to ensure that our courses are engaging, informative, and practical. We believe that everyone should have the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively in an emergency situation. Our First Aid At Work course is designed to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to manage a range of first-aid incidents in the workplace. This course covers a range of topics including assessing and managing incidents, resuscitation, and treating a range of injuries and illnesses. Our Emergency First Aid course is ideal for those who want to learn basic First Aid skills. This course covers a range of topics including CPR, choking, and bleeding. Participants will also learn how to manage minor injuries such as burns and cuts. Our Paediatric First Aid course is designed for individuals who work with children or have responsibility for their welfare. This course covers a range of topics including choking, seizures, and asthma. Participants will also learn how to manage more serious injuries such as fractures and head injuries. We pride ourselves on delivering courses that are tailored to the needs of our clients. Whether you are an individual looking to improve your First Aid skills or an organization seeking to train your staff, we can provide a course that meets your needs. Great first aid course

Great first aid course—clear, practical, and very well delivered. The instructor was knowledgeable and made the training engaging with hands-on practice and realistic scenarios. I left feeling much more confident about how to respond in an emergency. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing day doing the first aid course

Had an amazing day doing the first aid and safety training with Adam and Helen they were both very knowledgeable and friendly I learned a lot from this course and feel by taking this course it has gave me confidence to be a first aider .

Fantastic first aid course

Fantastic first aid course, Adam and Helen are brilliant instructors and made it informative but in a relaxed setting. Would highly recommend.

The best First Aid training I've attended

The best First Aid training I've been on in the last 20 years or so. The facilitators were engaging and very knowledgeable. The scenarios set up were really useful and we even had time for the occasional laugh which makes the learning experience even better!

Really useful training

Adam and Helen were excellent trainers and very knowledgeable and helpful. They made the content very approachable and were able to help us contextualise what we were learning within our experiences in each of our roles. The training was really useful and I came away feeling more confident about first aid situations.

Emergency 1st Aid delivered in an easy to understand, informative and clear manner by Adam and Helen. If you want your team, your employee or just for yourself, to feel as confident as can be in an unfortunate event where 1st aid is required, then, these should be your go to in the local area. Completed the First Aid course which was ran by 2 amazing trainers who kept us fully engaged the whole time, were lovely warm and friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
