Safety First Aid Training レビュー

It was a great session where I learned a lot of new skills in different scenarios

Very informative and up to date information given.
Good practical session.

Really practical and clear. Very systematic with lots of opportunity to clarify and ask questions with practical opportunities as well.

The course was amazing from start to finish

Hi.it was a very well presented and informative day
I learnt some important skills for the future.

Lovely Instructor who ran a a clear and informative course

The course was very interactive and the speaker was really nice, I really learned a lot on the day and feel more equipped now.

Very friendly trainer who was highly knowledgeable in every way.
It was a pleasure doing the course with her.

Attended Emergency First Aid at Work 1 day course. Course instructor James was excellent

Erika was an excellent instructor, keeping the level of information at the level our walking group would require.

Prior to the in person sessions, you were required to complete the online course. This helps tremendously as you get to go at a speed you’re comfortable with and familiarise yourself with the information you’ll go over again with the practical understanding and benefit.

Our trainer over the two days was Jodie who was fantastic. Her experience clearly showed as she was able to go through the content in a very manageable and engaging manner. She also had plenty of anecdotes to share which made the learning experience that bit more interesting. I would highly recommend her as a trainer should anyone wish to take the course.

Excellent course, really well delivered in a unique way.

Very thorough training. Knowledgeable.

UPDATE:
My complaint was followed up and I got offered compensation, a voucher to attend another course and a full first aid kit. So I have updated my score from 1 to 3 because I was impressed with the way this was handled. I have also been informed that the trainer has had some extra coaching since.

A not good experience with false information being given. Incorrect facts and the instructor was quite rude.

very relatable instructor
very practical

This one day course was very informative and delivered very well. All scenarios were covered and delivered in a practical manner which helps with remembering the procedures.

It was very clear well, explained training

The instructor was professional and experienced, covering subjects of first aid in great detail . This was NOT a tick box lesson like previous courses I have attended . Well done Fernando

Fernando was a friendly instruction with great knowledge and experience. Could have done with a little more practical but informative
