Miss Jess was an amazing bus driver! We would LOVE to work with her again. She was punchtual, organized, so friendly to the students and I, and just an overall joy to work with.

Perfect shuttle service for a wedding between the ceremony and the reception sites. The bus driver was phenomenal and so friendly and so punctual. Everyone really enjoyed the bus. We had people from overseas who had never ridden on a yellow Americans school bus and it was actually one of the highlights of their weekend. Would highly recommend and will use them again if needed.

We rented 2 busses for our wedding day to pick guests up at their hotel and to bring them back at the end of the night. Both busses were on time. Our guests commented on how efficient and easy it was to travel. Would recommend using First Charter again for any transportation needs.

The folks at the local Bristol location were great. Working with the central First Charter company to finalize my trip itinerary was very difficult and frustrating.

First Charter was very responsive to my calls/questions/concerns. Each person I spoke with was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful.

We had our daughters wedding at Owls Nest Resort on June 26, 2022.
When the bus came to drop off guests, they did not drop off at the bakehouse on the property, they dropped everyone off at the clubhouse and the guests had to walk a good distance to the event hall.
This is not acceptable nd I will not recommend First Student Charter Bus rental to anyone i know.
Also, when reserving the bus in March for this event, customer service would not return my calls to verify that my reservation was correct.
Extremely horrible customer service and obviously bus drivers not accommodating guests with drop off requests.
Thumbs down for my experience with first student charter bus rental.
