We used First Student Charter Bus Rental to transport wedding guests from multiple hotels to the wedding venue, and to/from the welcome dinner. We received great, professional service from both the drivers on the day of service, as well as the customer service team with the bookings and updates to the itineraries.

Our driver was very accommodating and friendly to all our people. He went above and beyond. The bus was very clean and comfortable.

The bus driver took the wrong way from hotel to our venue which added on another 30 min (which was only 15 min away). Then the second bus picked up wrong people and brought them to the hotel by accident, luckily my guests made it but the other ones did not. Disappointed greatly.

Once on-site and spoken to, provided friendly service. Spent almost an hour on the phone reviewing a shuttle schedule for a wedding. Bus drivers didn’t interpret the schedule appropriately so the communication between schedulers and drivers is not clear. They missed an entire shuttle for our wedding but offered to go back and pick guests up. Drivers were friendly and accommodating though.

Eric was an amazing bus driver he was very pleasant and all of our wedding guest really enjoyed him as he settled everybody to and from the hotel to the venue

The driver was fantastic but your system of trying to get in touch with your organization is extremely difficult. No one answers the phone, you have to wait forever, or have them call back. Pretty frustrating and not efficient.

The venue. No Uber’s, had to have other guests bring them back. They took my guests to the wrong venue on the way to my wedding. An unreal and HUGE waste of money.
