The trip itself was smooth and safe. Both drivers were professional. The only glitch was one bus arriving late to the LaSalle pick up point.

Our driver was absolutely phenomenal met every need we had, there are not enough adjectives to describe how great he was. The quality was second to none I couldn’t recommend our driver and first charter enough.

Busses showed up 20 minutes late and took a route home that was over an hour longer then it needed to be will be calling soon to address the issue

We received a hard time letting strollers on the bus

Buses were clean and drivers were terrific, but drivers got lost and the group was delayed in their arrival. We assumed the drivers of 3 buses mapped things out ahead of time. We would use them again assuming they knew how to get there.

We hired the bus to make two trips for our following our wedding to the hotels and they never came back around for the second trip to pick up the bride, groom, and bridal party. The driver had our contact information and could have called to confirm before they decided to drive home. After calling the office it took 45min for the driver to say they would be another 20min before they could get there. Luckily we had some wedding guest come and get us.

Our two drivers were 10 minutes early and knew EXACTLY where to be and when.
They were wonderful, pleasant, professional and friendly.
Much appreciated.

We were very impressed with the service we received from First Charter. They were a little late for the initial pick up, but was still able to get everyone to the venue on time. The bus driver, I’m sorry I don’t know her name, was on time for both evening pick ups, and even went back for the folks left behind, which happened to be the bridal party! Thank you for providing exceptional service! You kept all of our guests safe, by providing a way back to the hotel!
