We had such a wonderful experience with First Charter. The bus drivers took the time to scope out the route beforehand, so the trip was seamless. They were friendly and right on time. Thanks again!

Waited in the rain and the company was no help
We were picked up on time for the trip, but nothing else was good about our experience. When it was time to leave our bus drivers were nowhere to be found. We had 50 kids standing around for more than an hour in rainy weather. When I called the number on my trip confirmation, they were of no help. I was told the operator did not have my trip booked with them (how is that possible if we were halfway through our trip, and this is the number listed to call on my trip confirmation?), that she was completely powerless over the situation, and no one could get in touch with the bus drivers. She gave me another number that was a closed office. The drivers finally pulled up an hour late and unapologetically stated that they had been waiting for us the whole time elsewhere, though the security on the campus we were at reported not having seen the buses until they came up to get us.
