This is a strange review to write. We hired first student because they are a preferred vendor at our venue, got good reviews. We had a good experience through hiring them; fairly easy to contact them and make changes etc. that’s where the 3 stars are coming from. however the weekend of the wedding they were unable to provide services hired so they “upgraded” us by subcontracting to a coach company. I recognized the name of the company as one that I did not hire because of bad reviews. That company then sub-contracted to a smaller coach company. We had multiple issues with the subcontracted company that is irrelevant for this review. I would give the subcontracted company 1 star, maybe 2 stars if feeling generous because we inevitably got from point A to point B. That company is so small and any review that can be found online is also 1 star with numerous comments that the owner is awful and rude. I’m not sure what the solution would be here and First Student was very helpful along the way but maybe sub-contacting to a more reputable group if unable to provide services would be better.

We utilized first bus for our wedding guests. The driver checked in with us days prior to let us know our schedule and we had no complaints from our guests about it running late or not being on time for the wedding.

Donna was the absolute best!! She drove our guests to and from wedding and she was great!!

Three cheers for the bus drivers! We had 2 buses bringing our wedding guests to the venue. They had to reroute due to a massive accident and our guests still arrived on time! Drop off and pick up were smooth and easy. The drivers of both buses (Ben & Chris) contacted me prior to the event to review the itinerary and answer any last minute questions. In addition to being safe drivers, both guys were friendly and personable - thank you First Student!!

Krissy was fabulous. You are lucky to have such a pleasant and professional employee. We used her services for my daughter’s wedding. She was there to service us, flexible, timely and a pleasure to work with. The bus was in excellent and very clean condition.

My fiancé and I had our wedding in May and one of the best choices we made was to have first charter buses safely bring our guests to and from our venue. We had two buses to shuttle guests and the hired drivers were more than helpful! They patiently awaited everyone to get on board and assisted any guests with physical limitations. Thank you for being an important part of our day!

Our driver (Ben) was excellent. Made our night fun and safe. We were in a fairly remote location, and there were no problems. Typical school bus, but he had a speaker and fun lights! Fun time!

He called me couple days before our wedding to go over the itinerary, and he new i had a lot going on and he just reassured me the day would go perfect and it did

We were absolutely blown away by our experience with First Charter Bus Rental. We hired them for our wedding and they were professional, timely, and altogether wonderful. The driver even gave us a small gift. We would recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable but excellent transportation option for an event.

The busses first went to the wrong address, then called me. I was not the first point of contact. Finally they made it to the pick up location but were late. Most of our guests barely made it on time for the wedding. Neither bus had AC either, which is my fault I guess for not asking before booking. Then the busses were trying to leave early, the departure time was 1015 and they were rushing to leave right at 10. One bus driver, Phil, was driving very dangerously. He was driving in multiple lanes including the break down lane and got lost on the way home. Overall, I would not recommend and am very disappointed
