Our trip went well and the buses arrived on time, both at the start of the day as well as for the return portion of the trip. I was nervous after a less than quality experience in the past with First Student, but this trip went very well as the drivers actually knew how to get to Lansing, MI. (Note: It would have been more reassuring if the driver didn't drive with the printed directions in his hand/resting on the center of the steering wheel the entire trip...literally. I actually asked if he would like me to pull up the directions on my phone and guide him so he would no longer need to try and read small print (while driving a bus full of children!) I appreciate needing directions- but perhaps print just the key information in large, bold print. Better yet, have GPS/map service on a phone to use. Again, overall the trip went well. We did reach our destination safely. Thank you!

We rented the bus for 3 hours to be a shuttle for our wedding from the venue to the hotel and had our bus driver until 1:30am. Our guests saw our bus driver leave at 12:20 for what they thought was a shuttle ride and he never returned leaving 30+ people who had been drinking and needed a safe ride home stranded. No one answered our multiple phone calls to the “day of/after hours” contact number or has called me back 2 days later after my multiple voicemails. Terrible experience.

Our bus driver, Carol, came 1 hour early and was very pleasant. We were able to share each other's cell number and confirm location and parking spots beforehand.
