The bus driver was an hour late for…
The bus driver was an hour late for pick up and brought her two children along for the ride- we had a concert to attend so it left us no time to meet up with friends in the parking lot.
Her children sat up front, but i feel it was extremely in appropriate to have them on the bus with a group of adults.

For the most part I am pleased with…
For the most part I am pleased with First Charter. The bus was on time. The driver was very courteous. The bus was clean. There were only two glitches. Getting confirmation that we had a bus for our date was a bit difficult. It required a number of phone calls before it was verified with less than a week for our trip. Secondly, although our driver was very pleasant and courteous, he did have a problem finding a good route home. It more than doubled the time it should have taken. He was apologetic and we certainly hold no animosity. Just an FYI that drivers should have a GPS.

Excellent Driver
Our Mosaic group used First Charter to escort us to dinner and a concert, both in Northville, MI. The best thing about the whole experience was our driver, Andy. He was very courteous to this group of senior citizens and very patient with those who couldn't navigate as quickly as others. He drove carefully and safely. We enjoyed the evening with a First Charter bus and especially with Andy as our driver. Making arrangements with First Charter went smoothly also.
