As mother of the bride, I rented a yellow school to take guest back and forth from the hotel to the wedding venue. Everything went smoothly. I was not on the bus but my daughter and all her guests enjoyed having a safe ride home after celebrating.

It was raining and the buses did not drop off guests close to the entrance of the venue. While there was an overhang that was too low for them to enter, they could have pulled up close to that so people didn't have to walk down a hill from upper parking lot in the rain. Also, the last bus did not wait for everyone as the person who I booked with said they would. I had to call the bus to come back to pick up the bride and groom!

Our experiences have been wonderful. The drivers have been pleasant and safe. The reason for the 4 stars relates to the lack of communication when the drivers are running late. No one calls to inform us of this issue.

The bus never showed up. I called all contact numbers the day of the trip …. No one answered…. Was stuck with 25 people and no transportation…. My wife’s 50th birthday was ruined to say the least…. Plus lost money on winery reservations. Also was charged for the trip which I had to open a dispute with my credit card company. Still trying to reach company no one answering.
