We had a great technician. He found and corrected a problem that could have turned into a potential hazard. He was very friendly and we were completely satisfied.

Great Technician and service from the company.

I set an appointment and asked to be put on a call list for an earlier appointment. I was actually called when they had a cancellation. The serviceman was prompt and friendly.

We've used 1st Choice for several projects and will use them for future projects. They do great work and are reasonably priced. I recommend them with confidence.

So happy with 1st Choice Chimney Cleaning. Very responsive to all our questions during inspection phase. They sent us text the day before they come out. The Technician Daniel worked amazingly and professional. Definitely recommended.

The technician was very friendly and competent. The appointment took very little time and had us back in business. I did find that the cost of the appointment was a pricier than it should have been.

They were fast and efficient. Courteous and professional. I definitely plan to use them again in the future.

Had 1st Choice in to troubleshoot Majestic gas fireplace - pilot would not light. Tech, after several hours and numerous phone calls to main office, was able to determine pilot assembly needed replacing. It was evident that Tech was novice in servicing gas fireplaces. After $550, fireplace was functional. Two months later I am having problems again with pilot. I have tried calling Tech, but can't leave message because his phone mailbox is full. Called main office and was informed it would be another $200 to have then come and troubleshoot again...

They worked on two fireplaces in a duplex I own in Irving,Texas.
Both had gas logs in them and they did an excellent on both
and even replaced the sand under both gas burners. They
discovered a small gas leak near the key that turn one of them
on and off. I would recommend this company and thought they
did an outstanding job.

Upon a NextDoor recommendation we chose this company to service our gas fireplace. Vincent kept me up to date on his arrival time to make sure I wasn't waiting. He did a great job in educating me on how our fireplace worked, issues that needed to be fixed. He also cleaned up the area which was covered during his work. I feel more comfortable using our fireplace now that it's been inspected and fixed.

I know that they themselves and there employees pose as customers and give themselves 5 stars over and over to hide the true reviews dose that sound like someone you can trust no way

Our service person, Vince, was awesome! He explained things perfectly and was very efficient. We would definitely recommend 1st Chimney!

Peter was very professional and kept us informed along the entire repair process. He did very good work and we are very satisfied with the results.

I could not have been more disappointed. A total waste of time. It is obvious that the owner(s) of this company are not focused on training their employees or on customer service. As well it was quickly evident that the employees were rather disgruntled. I left a message for the owner to call me but I am not at all surprised to have not heard a word. Do yourself a favor and take your business to a customer centric organization.

My technician, Bryan, was nice, professional and very knowledgeable. Told me how to take care of fireplace and advised me on equipment needed.
