Ben did an amazing job diagnosing my issue. Another company wasn’t able to determine why my pilot light kept shutting off, but he did. He showed me how everything worked and what I needed to look for in terms of possible issues.

I would recommend this comatose to install gas logs! They explained everything to us on how to operate the logs and recommendations. I plan to get fire glass from them too!

My tech was awesome!! I think his name was Daniel! He answered all my questions and did a thorough job cleaning the space and rearranging my gas logs for ultimate enjoyment.

We could never get another fireplace shop where we bought the gas unit to return calls as they said they do not have repair men working in the summer. Found 1st Chimney on the internet, called, set appoint they called to say had a cancellation and could come eary if we home, which they did. We had been told our problem was most likely a major fix to the pilot light which would not stay lit. Ben and his helper cleaned the fireplace, reset the logs and it works perfect. Will use in the future for sure.

I was very impressed with the quality of work I received. I shopped around first and found 1st Choice Chimney was reasonably priced. The technician that cleaned my chimney was professional and made sure he did not leave any mess in my living room. I will be using this company in the future again!
