We had Warren come out to us due to some internet issues we were having on site and he did an outstanding job in rewiring our server cupboard which had become a disaster and also managed to improve our Wi-Fi and extend it's signal capacity around the entire building and warehouse too. Can't thank him enough

Warren was very efficient and explained everything to me as he was investigating the issue we were experiencing ,
it didn't take him long to find the problem.
He is a really nice polite person. :-)

We already had so called fast fibre broadband except the last bit was still in copper. Then there was a fault and Open Reach refused to repair it!
So the company was without phones or broadband. I called Jordan and Leah in sales and told them our problem as Telsis/Firstcom had already supplied our previous 2 systems and broadband. We upgraded to full fibre and a new phone system. Firstly an Engineer came out and installed a 4g router so that we had broadband while the new fibre broadband was installed. We now have a new fully working phone system and fibre broadband. I must say the Engineers that came out and dealt with our problems were a credit to their company (Callam, Derek and Carly) As for Jordan and Leah who I have dealt with for many years, still enthusiastic, professional and capable as always!

The communication from first discussions right through the project have been first class. A proactive approach to customer service with everything delivered and installed on time working around our needs.
The engineer was professional and courteous throughout the install and his approach to presenting how the system worked was great.

We have recently swapped to Firstcom Europe as they offered a fantastic rate. We found the service during set up great and Carly W, who delt with our move has been very helpful and kept us in the loop every step of the way as we changed to full fiber. The engineers (One called Sam) who also came to set up the new phones and broadband, were very knowledgeable and helpful too. And its great you can call the tech team and they will endeavor to help ASAP.

I've had an excellent experience with Firstcom Europe. From the start, the setup process was quick and hassle-free and the customer support team especially Charlotte Murphy has been friendly and knowledgeable every step of the way. Warren was extremely efficient and completed the job in time for my shop to open after the new router was installed.

We needed several changes and additions to our phone lines, Jake Ramsden responded immediately and ensured all updates were completed promptly.

The system is up and running well. Just had a couple of little glitches, but thanks to Carly it is all sorted. Carly has dealt with the situation professionally, even to checking that we are happy !!

The difference dealing with Firstcom, is you can speak to a person, and get help. To switch over to Wi Fi connection away from Open Reach supported has reduced cost and removed dependence on Open Reach. Carly assisted our move, with help and knowledge that I was not massive technical! We have been with Firstcom and the previous for quite a few years and very happy. Thanks

We encountered some problems during installation of the new digital broadened and phone connection. These problems were caused by OpenReach not Firstcom Europe. Throughout the process Carly Winrow worked closely with us and immediately contacted Open Reach demanding they return immediately to rectify the problems, and they returned the next day. She then appointed technicians Robyn and Jake to help us sort the problems out and they were both absolutely brilliant. Without this help and support we would have been lost and without a broadband or landline connection.

Firstcom have been great from the get go, always in contact and explaining everything and are very helpful when i am asking lots of questions.
Carly has been great, keeping me up to date with the installations and checking how everything was going on the installation dates and also with her aftercare the following day to see if there was anything we needed help with, sending out information sheets to make things easier when needed.
