My issue was not resolved, but they did answer me quickly. I needed a commercial auto carrier for a debris removal business. The appetite finder pointed me to one carrier, but then the application said that there were "no carriers available" for that risk. I engaged the FC Assistant, told them I needed a representative, and was immediately connected to a rep who verified what I experienced. I'll have to look elsewhere for this particular risk, but I'm impressed with how quickly FC responded.

I have been using first connect for one year now and it has been a blessing. they have so helpful and eager to help me build my business. Thank you First connect.

Hard to log in for each company

Thomas and Louise have been great! I have been in the insurance industry for over ten years. Never in my experience have I had the pleasure of working with people like them. They are quick to respond, very professional, topic experts, and always friendly even when it seems like my goal is to agitate them. There are not enough kind words to speak about these two amazing people. When you're at your breaking point because things are not going well for you, work with them. First Connect, you should be proud these two are in your organization.

I would strongly advise against using this platform—particularly for small startups, which appear to be their primary target. In nearly all cases, direct appointments with these companies can be obtained without a middleman. More concerning, the platform withholds commissions for extended periods. I have not received payment since November of last year for a policy whose commissions were released by the carrier just two weeks after issue. This level of delay is unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of transparency and accountability.

I had an excellent experience with Tiffany today. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. Tiffany walked me through each step, explained everything clearly, and didn’t stop until my issue was completely resolved. I truly appreciated her professionalism and friendly attitude—she turned a stressful situation into a smooth and positive one. Thank you, Tiffany, for your outstanding customer service
