Hi, your promotion states that if I spend AED 300, I will receive cashback. However, I spent AED 303, but the invoice shows only AED 227, even though I paid AED 303.

Because of this, I did not receive the cashback. This is misleading and needs clarification.

Please check and explain why there is a difference between the amount paid and the invoice amount, and why the cashback was not applied.

I've been without my tineco vaccum for nearly a month. They collected it for repair on April 23rd and have completely ignored me since.
Poor service: Management ignores emails and the staff provide dishonest excuses for the delay.
No accountability: I've sent a final notice and received no callback.
I am now forced to file a formal complaint with Dubai consumer rights to get a refund.
Save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere.

I ordered a mattress for a baby, and it came in a very dirty, damaged box. This is a very telling sign of the conditions of their warehouse - and beware this is supposedly a baby product website.

Ordered a complex lego set. Price was a great. Paid cash on delivery , delivered overnight. No issues at all. Would buy from them again.

Please try to ignore to order from this company!!
they never delivered my item, just keep sending messages that due to some issue which is out of their hands, the order needs 24 more hours to arrive... never did!!
cancelled my order, refund takes 10-15 days

Its the worse . I ordered two times, both the times they accepted the order , after 2-3 days the order was cancelled from their end

I bought some educational toys for my 3 year old. The quality is terribly poor to the extent where it looks like used items. Do not recommend. Highly disappointing

It’s horrible app and customer service, I bought pregnancy pillow and it wasn’t nothing like on the photo.

After I texted them and sent photos they refused to refund my money.

I tried to write comment and it’s always deleted under the product, so people will not call it like me.

I had to escalate and sent complaint to DED. Hopefully they will help me to resolve that issue.

My order is not deleivered & in app it shows it is.
I called them 3 times eveytime someone says i will escalate and den no response
I am upset because it is paid and items not deleivered .

I read the other reviews after placing my order and was really worried that I would have a negative experience. That wasn't my experience at all. Everything arrived on time, some items arrived early. The clothes were better quality than expected for the price. I had to return one item because I had misunderstood the description. That item was collected the next day and the refund came a few days later. Very simple and straightforward process and I would definitely use First Cry again.

Their return process is unacceptable! Just the box when it’s not even damaged at all.amazon is better dont order here!

Long story short...
Each and every shoe and clothing article was delivered in wrong size and the size difference was unadjustable...like size 4-5 skirt is delivered in size 9-10...and same with shoes....when making refund or exchange there is no option to tell then they sent wrong size...anyway ended up not any exchange and gave away all the items to friends and family...

I placed my order on the 3rd of May and it was next day delivery.. but I received it after we complained on the 6th of May!!!
Above all of that it should be two boxes and they delivered only one box and how come they forget the main box!!!!!!!! And again we need to wait two days to solve their mistake!! This is the worst experience I've had in all online shops! And the customer service not know how to talk want to fight with me like it is my mistake that I don't understand!! Not even apologise for their mistake! Rude..

They sent the wrong bike. I kept it as my son was excited. Then it broke within the first week and they told me it was no longer covered by their 7 day warranty. A junk of metal. Please don't buy from this company, pay a little more and get quality.

A disastrous company… after sale service is a nightmare: item delivered in wrong color… took me 6 calls plus email to try to get exchange despite they had mistakenly delivered the wrong color …
Lack of apologies lack of kindness no professionalism , they are barely polite during the conversations
They even tried to put the blame on me !

I have received a defective product from the first cry even after raising the complain nobody has got back to me. I have ordered cream for my daughter which has turned into green color from outside.

I had a very good experience with them , good customer service , good prices, nice items , and accurate in delivery timing👍

Scam shop. They didn’t deliver 2000 aed of items.
When I asked, they said it had been delivered.
I told them it did not.

Then they asked me for unobtainable building CCTV footage to get my refund to prove it wasn’t delivered.

The delivery is so poor.showing in app delivery date is same day.now already 3days I didn't receive my order yet

their delivery agent doesn't even call and then simply change the status to "couldn't deliver due to no response from the customer" whereas we didn't even get any call. They fake promise you same day delivery to get sales and then dont deliver the product. Also their customer service is useless as they can't even get the delivery agent contact details.
