I purchased a KidsKraft item from First Cry but it was faulty. When screwing the metallic parts kept breaking causing the screws to fall out After 10 days FC was still deciding whether or not to refund me.
They sent 2 men to my door to 'inspect' the item however they refused to touch it.
Long story short i later found out from FC when I requested yet again my refund that I had signed a document stating i was happy with the service from the 2 men.
What??
I never signed anything!
First Cry sent me a copy of the document which i had never seen and there it was...those 2 men had forged my signature.
I went to the police and i was told to demand that I be given that original document
I receievd a refund but First Cry would not acknowledge the request to hand over the forged paper

Best online company in Uae.I can recomend for eveeybody honestly.I am their regular costumer,but no one time any problem.Fastest delivery service,also if you need return items,they are very fast and same time they will refund you money back.All 5 ☆☆☆☆☆.Thank you for your service.

Extremely worst service. I would have given 0 star if there is an option to rate them. They cheated my money and time. No one is responsible and existing only for cheating consumers.

It’s a worst experience which I have ever seen. Defective items were delivered ,after lots of follow ups return was accepted but no one collect back.. I dint get my refund.. don’t trust ..

All products are made in china and customer service is also made in china. These people are big scam, they stole my 4000 rupees. They sent defective old used products.

Yesterday was first time shopping from FirstCry.that is my wrost shopping experience.customer service has very bad service.nobody is responsible.I didn’t receive my order on time.
I advice not to shop from FirstCry Dubai.because u can’t receive order on time and nobody answer to you.

I ordered a bunch of things and it's been 3 weeks and nothing was delivered. The customer service is not responding at all. The tracking info shows last update from 2 weeks ago. I am starting to doubt I will get any of the things I ordered. One of the things is a baby travel system because I am expecting my baby soon. Now I don't know what to do, shall I wait, shall I just buy a new one.... So my advice is: DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Pathetic return policy , even after I ordered smaller sizes separately they complicate and ask full details of the kids (DOB etc ) and 3 photos of the dress , parcel etc to complicate and not to accept any returns. Never going to buy again from them . Garment quality also not that great

I ordered a baby spring floaty which came the same day. I did cash on delivery which worked out great ( I was a bit sceptical because of previously posted negative reviews). They sent me a message that they would come at 5 pm and they were at my door at 5:30 pm as I was not home the delivery person agreed to come one hour later. The product was the exact same product that I ordered.

Terrible gift wrapping experience.

I ordered some leggings as a gift for my niece. When it arrived, oh my! It looked like it was done by a seven-year old! I have to wrap it again! 😞😩

Bad reviews put me off at first but I am so impressed with this site. The speed of deliveries, the discounts and the customer service. Would definitely recommend. Very happy with all my orders.

Very bad and arrogant delivery guy. Their marketing campaign is also deceptive. For example they will show pictures of a pillow for AED72 then only to find out that hidden in the description it is showing pillow cover only. The delivery guy is also not following instruction and then when you get angry they will provoke you. I gave instruction for 3 times via call center and they did not follow anything of my instruction. It was a surprise for my wife that is why I told them to call me first only for them to show up in the door and let my wife see the delivery. Very very poor service by paying an overprice products. Don't trust this website. You will end up losing money plus getting a heart attack.

Do not ever fall for their cashback offer since first, it s applied on the full price of the item which of course is inflated and usually the so called discount they give is already better than applying the cashback. And second you can use it on a very selected number of items and of course not items that are needed, only stupid toys, so they push you to buy something that nobody wants to buy.
Very very disappointed. Never think you will get anything from this offer. Crappy website.

The website is so hopelessly clumsy that I gave up on ordering all the items in my basket. I shouldn't have to download a silly app every time I want to buy something online from a small/unknown, and thereby not trusted, company. What a waste of time.

Was hesitant to use this website because of its online bad reviews, but my experience was really good, very fast delivery (same day for one item, 2 days for another) great prices and good tracking (sms, email)

One of the worst new startup companies on the world !!!! Like seriously my order is pending for more than 15 days !!!! No one answering from the customer care my complaint!!! STOP your cheap way of advertising on social media by posting FAKE reviews and comments!!! Its so clear that these are your employees!!!!! I DON’T RECOMMEND any one to buy from this website !!!!!
