I bought a jacket Yamaha 50 anniversary…
I bought a jacket Yamaha 50 anniversary and I selected a L size wich is big for me, I have requested to change it for a M size but firtsgearmoto refused to. It is frustrating. I will never try again this website and I will not recomend it at all.
You are answering to my review with a lot of stories,etcetcetc. But the fact is very clear and objetive: I hava tried to cahnge my size assuming the cost of shipping and you are not allowing me to do so. You are not offering a solution just denying my right to change the jacket, and that is not professional. You say "in anger", no it is not that, but of course I have the right to tell my experience to other member of my forums.
You have not yet offered any solution.

The customer first opened a return about not liking the item when i asked if it was different from what he ordered he said no it is what he ordered he just doesn't like the jacket and want to return it. it is stated in our return policy that these kind of return request are not accepted he then replied couple hours later saying he is now having issues with the size i then replied and told him i sent you the correct size that you bought from us so i figured he is just making up a story because he want to return the item he got because if he was having issues with the size that would have been the first thing he would have mentioned but he did not mentioned anything about sizing but simply not liking the jacket again stated in our return policy is to contact us first so we can help with sizing if you are unsure of what size you are. The customer then replied in anger that he will keep the item and threatening us that he will post negative review hence the cause of this bad review he left here. I am notifying all customers if you are not sure of your size or any doubts you may have please to contact us first so we can assist you with your problems we have a live chat and phone support also you can contact us via emails our on the various social media channels so there is no excuse of not getting in contact with us thank you

This jacket was stated to be genuine leather. I was extremely disappointed to find that it was faux leathet.

It’s going to take over a month to get here. It said on the website that it was in stock. It didn’t say it was in stock in China.
It’s being shipped to Port Angeles, WA. Just because I’m paying you in USD from a Canadian address does not make it an international shipment, unless of course you mean shipping from China to the US?

It is clearly on our website that delivery takes 3-4 weeks for international customers you should read the delivery terms on our site before placing order and leaving negative review
