Well the luggage was picked up when you said it would be and delivered the day you said it would be! That’s worth 5 stars. But the draw back was your form, we called 3 times to be told each time you would call back.noone did. Eventually by going onto your email someone came to the rescue after hours of trying to work things out

Luggage arrived on time on outward journey and return.
Enables me to go on holiday without carrying suitcases on the train - excellent service. I have been using it for 8 years.

I will never use this company again, chaotic ill trained very expensive. They did'nt, collect my luggage on the day they should have so I had to pay $50 to the port agent to hold the luggage over because they refused to reimburse the agent. DHL who did all the shipping would have been better without the intervention of First luggage who contributed nothing...I thought they were just scammers

First Luggage took care of everything for me, they even got in contact directly with the hotel’s concierge to set up the label on the piece .
It took only 3h between the e-quotation and the collection . Amazing service, highly recommend it.

I would use this service again, excellent. Only snag is collection slot given was 9am to 5.30pm, can be a long wait. A half day slot easier.

Our checked bag got lost going from Italy to Germany over the summer and was eventually sent to Carry My Luggage/First Luggage about 2 weeks later once the bag was located. Within the bag was all of our oversees souvenirs and a very special pocket knife I purchased oversees for a family member (the knife was the reason we checked a bag in the first place). I’ll note that the airline made ZERO attempt to contact with us or respond to any of our emails, even after the suitcase was found. Our first piece of information came from Carry My Luggage/First Luggage.

Since the bag was lost, the airline sent it to this 3rd party courier company. Unfortunately, when it came to getting the knife through the check points we kept running into security issues since their policies were different from the airlines, and it kept getting sent back to them while the suitcase and everything else inside continued on to us.

I worked via email with Andriy the entire time (over a 2 month timeframe) and was kept in the loop with every single situation we faced. In the end they went the extra step to find other ways to get this one small item to us after 2 other attempts failed and finally got the package through the mail to us. They offered different solutions and were open to ideas from my end when we ran into problems.

This was a once in a lifetime trip for us and a once in a lifetime purchase so I’m extremely grateful for all the work Andriy put in to get this back to me. It was above and beyond service when they could have easily cut contact and threw the item away.

I have used First Luggage over many years. My experience has always been excellent. The staff helpful, especially with potential problems. AND...my luggage has always arrived okay!!
