First Parking penalises students for their own app problems.
My 18 year old son had gone everyday in May and June during his A levels to the University of Hertfordshire Library to study. The parking was set up on the First Parking App and the payment made each day automatically. On 1st June the car details disappeared from the app which resulted in three days where the parking costs did not go through and he was issued with three separate parking fines by First Parking. He appealed with evidence to show that all the days in May the payments had gone through and for some reason beyond his control, the car details were not on the app and the payments did not. He got a rejection for the three days (1st - 3rd June) resulting in an 18 year old student studying for his A levels being levied with a total of £240 fine.
They should look at their own systems before penalising young students.

This business is unethical and non compliant with the regulations of its own regulatory body the BPA. They need to be reported for unethical practices. They gave one of our third party suppliers a fine for being over by under 4 seconds. LITERALLY 4 seconds!!! Absolutely shocking considering that they issued a fine without giving a grace period and then also rejected the appeal knowing for well that it is in breach of their own code of practice, i.e. their own regulatory body/accreditation body's code of conduct! and ! A complete and blatant disregard of the fact that they are in breach of the code of conduct set out by their own regulatory body by not allowing for a grace period, not to mention again the shocking fact that it was just over 3 seconds, less than 4 seconds!!! completely unethical and am not sure how they are still being allowed to operate by the BPA which is meant to be ensuring that they are not in breach of their own code of conduct and that their practices are adhering to the standards. Also considering the blatant disrespect and refusal to even consider the fact that it was Literally 3 seconds, we will be reporting them to all relevant authorities and regulatory bodies so these practices stop and we urge any other victims to do the same.

Another member of NHS staff. I was attending an emergency in A&E as an on-call Doctor for DPOW hospital. Came back to a ticket and they dismissed the fact I was attending a medical emergency when I appealed. Ended up paying but it sticks in the throat.

I have been fined for parking at Nottingham city hospital where I work. I pay monthly to park there but unless I arrive an hour before I start work there are no parking spaces available. Surely this is an unfair transaction where I pay but do not have an available parking slot. Why am I being fined for parking when I am paying for a space already ?

aspettato la navetta 45 minuti, al ritorno ancora peggio, 1:30 ad aspettare, una volta arrivati siamo saliti uno sopra allâaltro nella navetta perché non câerano i posti per tutti ed ha accompagnato persone che avevano lâauto allâinterno di altri parcheggi.
