Had a couple of polices they never accept claims worst experience ever

Kim was very helpful and addressed my concerns properly appreciate all she does and she at least answered the phone with professional attitude and concerns for my issues. Hopefully you appreciate all she does! Excellent Employee restored my belief in the company!

I have been waiting for a valid tech to be assigned our claim (refrigerator is no longer cooling). It has been 4 weeks now. They keep sending back referral after bad referral stating my claim has been 'assigned'. The first two companies said they no longer do business with First Premier. The other two just never responded. This is the first year using First Premier.

Roger worked to get me the Best Rate possible for a Home Warranty.

So far not so good. I just joined & was the told that i had to wait 30 days to make any kind of claim.

The willingness to work on the best deal for me.

I'm new to this, but the person that I talked to was very helpful and courteous. Thank you.

My first contact was with Andrew…I had made a list of questions and he answered all of them very well. My second contact was with Jason Adams. My experience with him was very informative, but more importantly there was no pressure, just good customer service. Hopefully in the next year, I’ll get to become familiar with First Premier and be able to recommend First Premier to friends who have or are planning to relocate to AZ from CA.

He was very polite and knowledgeable, I love his honesty and respect for my needs, all around great personality.

Isaac was patient and knowledgeable about the policy. He explained it and was helpful in detailing the price structure and service calls.

The lady I spoke to was Awsome she was so kind,helpful, we had choice Home Warranty and it took them over a week to get back with us, then Select Home Warranty, we had to to pay there contractor $90.00 for service call then pay the contractor $400.00 for a $50.00 part, igniter, took almost 2 weeks in very.cold temperatures,with babys in the house so we had to buy electric heaters and Select Home Warranty will reimburse us $150.00, and that takes a month or so, and can never speak to a English speaking person, it was overwhelming and so frustrating, So now were with Premier Home Warranty , we haven't had to need them yet, I just hope and pray if and when we do, all goes really good, thank you first premier

On hold for 49 minutes trying to start a claim . Was cut off without speaking to anyone. Had to start the procedure all over again either the same amount of wait time. Totally unacceptable wait time to make a claim.

Well, the guy talked to. He was the best talker but he did help me out. He did explain things but he was a fast talker. He’s a good sales person you got so he made my conversation funny but like I said, he was a fast talker.
