Scam, ordered games in January 2020!! Yes 2020, now is 2026...still waiting. They ignoring mails. Lost 110€

Ich warte seit über drei Jahre auf ein bestelltes Spiel. Nun wollte ich mein bereits bezahltes Geld wieder haben, man wird einfach dauerhaft ignoriert. Selten einen so schlechten Laden gesehen.

Bestellung von vor über 3 Jahren noch nicht verschickt. Und da ich keine Ausnahme zu sein scheine, würde ich jedem davon abraten, sein Geld in dieses Unternehmen zu investieren. Hatte zweimal Kontakt, einmal bezüglich einer Adressänderung und einmal bezüglich einer Nachfrage zum Verbleib meiner Bestellung. Der Kontakt selbst war freundlich, aber ist für mich auch Grundvoraussetzung.
Bin maßlos enttäuscht

Ich warte mittlerweile seit 3 Jahren auf meine Spiele. Immer wieder Ausreden.

Wollte stornieren. Alles bleibt unbeantwortet.

Das schlimme ist, das man noch immer bestellen kann.

Bestellt dort auf keinen Fall!

Was regt ihr euch auf , habe May 12, 2022, September 30, 2021 ,September 10, 2021, February 08, 2021 January 16, 2021 und September 02, 2020.bestellt und bis heute nicht's erhalten . Also warte schon fast 6 Jahre , wo ich bestellt habe war ich 56 Jahre Alt . Heute 62 Jahre . Finde die ganze sache ergendwie Lustig und Traurig zugleich .

Ware 2023 bestellt; nie erhalten; Unternehmen hat den Release immer wieder verschoben; mal kommentarlos, mal mit dubiosen Ausreden

Do not buy from these clowns. I have been waiting for my copy of Chained Echoes for the Nintendo Switch for 3 years now. Asked for a refund and first they came with excuses and then they simply ghosted me and have been ghosting me since.
It is also not possible to cancel the order on their website!
And they are still accepting pre-orders for the game!

Contacted Paypal and my bank about this and they encouraged me to file a police report against FPG for internet fraud, which I have done.
I encourage everyone to do so!
North Rhine-Westphalia Online Police Portal is the way to go and you will find it very easily if you google it (add "internet fraud" as well to the search and you will get the right site right away). Do not hesitate, file that police report NOW! The more the better!
It is actually ILLEGAL for companies in the EU to deny a refund!

It is also worth mentioning that the creator of Chained Echoes has filed a lawsuit against FPG as well.

Refund me for order 22810. This will not go away!

Ordered goodboy galaxy from this company 2 years ago. They've since cut ties with the game developers however have no intention of refunds. They do not respond to emails. Unable to dispute charge with card company. This company will steal your money and run. Avoid at all cost.

Scam company, they do not even send you items that are listed as in stock.
You need to make sure you start a refund with paypal within the timeframe they allow as this company simply hopes you delay it long enough that you can't then there is nothing you can do, they have your money and they don't send you anything.

Scammers. Ordered Chained Echoes for the switch in 2022 and still haven’t received my item. No refund, no communication from customer service! Avoid these scammers. Will be seeking legal advice and action.

My experience is like many others. I was excited for Chained Echoes for the PS4, so I ordered it on July 22, 2025. At the time, the regular edition of the game was listed as in stock, so I ordered it. I figured since the company was shipping from Germany to the USA, it would take about a month to get here with international shipping.

In October 2025, I reached out to the company through their support tool to ask about a status update, but they did not reply.

In December 2025, I reached out again. No reply.

Late January 2026, I reached out again, but there was no response.

I found a direct email address for the company on Instagram (support at firstpressgames.com). I was hoping to have some luck emailing them directly instead of using the support tool built into their website.

I didn't get a reply. I contacted my bank and explained that they are a pre-order games company, so the purchases are well beyond the usual dispute window. My bank, Chase, said they understood that something like this was out of my control. They are in the process of getting my money back.

Ho ordinato Chained Echoes in edizione fisica per switch lo scorso dicembre. Mai avuto notizie: niente mail, niente tempistiche. Inoltre il business stando a ciò che si legge da tantissime altre persone con esperienze simili é alquanto sospetto.

Habe 2022 Chained Echoes bestellt und bezahlt. Heute: Januar 2026. Keine Lieferung, obwohl es für 2023 angekündigt war.

Keine adäuaten Antworten auf Emails. Hier wird man abgezogen!

I have an order dated from 2021 that is unfulfilled and never will. They barely update the status of production on their site, and have ignored my requests for a refund. I recommend anyone going through this googling "seafoam gaming slawomir" to see how you can place a formal complaint. We will never get our money back but hopefully we can prevent someone from getting scammed as I have.

Atencion all gamers dont buy nothing from "Firstpressgames.com"even if it states the product is in stock because if you do so you will not get the game and neither your money because this scam company will steal your money too. I have been waiting for a game Chain Echoes three years and still no game or refund. This company does not reply to support emails and its the biggest scam in game sales ever. Again DONT BUY !
