I called First Senior to get a travel insurance quote and it was easy. Great price and very helpful friendly staff too. Would highly recommend and will always use First Senior now, cheaper than most other companies and they cover my medical conditions !

On 07/06/2023, l was looking for mobility scooter insurance.
l made the mistake of taking out a Policy with this group, (Worst Company l have ever dealt with.
after reading some of the Policy Details, l realised this was not a company l wish to deal with.
l sent 2 x e mails on same day l ordered the Policy to ensure l got my full refund before the Policy started.
l then rang and sent a conformation e mail.
l was told refund would be by cheque, after 4 days l mailed again l was told cheque needed 2 signitures.
l explained my payment was re VISA, they again said waiting for signitures, 8 days now and still no refund.
Scammers/Twisters/Liars/Cheats, call it what you like.
But Beware before taking out any insurance Policy with this Company. Outrages/Disgusting Behaviour.

If I could give this insurance company 0 stars, I would say appalling customer service they seem to lose claim forms just like that, it is like Paul Dannels has risen from the earth & is working his magic at FIRST SENOR this is the second time I've had to make a claim & each time the same issue we have not had your claim form back which is total crap as the recorded delivery receipt says delivered so total crap from FIRST SENIOR If your thinking about buying a new mobilty scooter for god sake dont insure it with FIRST SENOR it takes weeks only to find out that they have done nothing to sort the issue while the repair shop has also had enough of FIRST SENIOR & will not sale the insurance policies to the public due to their dealing with the company. Very disappointed in the service & have given up on the company totally, I will be taking the company to the small claims court to seek a refund of the policy & for causing stress & causing a epileptic seizure. For God's sake don't put yourself through all the stress with FIRST SENIOR look elsewhere. I would suggest a company but this is not allowed on TRUSTPILOT & I believe in honest comments good or bad. If you do have a claim with First Senior make sure if you call them, you record the call as they have this habit of not telling the truth & you may need this if you end up taking the company to the small claims court or for miss-selling insurance.
