Great, informative, and interactive training course. Sean was brilliant — a good laugh and really knew how to get everyone involved, using a bit of friendly competition to his advantage. Would highly recommend!

Great fun and very professional

The training was delivered in a clear way that communicated the important messages thoroughly. The variation of practical, informative and some fun bits threw in made the day go by quickly while having an impact on what we took away as a team. Would highly recommend.

The registration process is confusing. Customer service did not provide their name on either phone or email to allow a complaint against their attitude.

Attended first aid training today with Sean who made the mandatory training, fun and informative.
Skills refreshed and learning format was interactive.
Best training I’ve attended in a long while.

This is the third time I have used First Stop to deliver emergency paediatric first aid training for my childcare centre staff … as usual Sean made the curse interesting and engaging with a balance of information, interaction and practical exercises… the course is good value for money too. Will be booking for the next three year repeat. Also looking at the other courses delivered will try them too.

Completed the paediatric first aid
course today for work.
Robyn was great, very friendly and added some quizzes and games which made what can sometimes be a daunting subject fun to learn. She was also very up to date with current legislation and statistics.
Would highly recommend.

Had our works first aid training-was a great course really enjoyed the day. Robyn made course enjoyable but really informative on first aid training.

Recently received training from Robyn who was absolutely fantastic. Information within the course was relevant and very helpful to know, particularly views from care inspectors. Often attending other courses they are very draining however the games and interactions Robyn delivered grasped my attention throughout. I’d highly recommend First stop training to anyone.

I completed the paediatric first aid course and it is by far the best first aid course I have done. Great mixture of theory and practical with fun interactive games to really make you think and learn. Sean was great, made you feel so at ease, very relatable and appropriate to my job as an early years practitioner. Very knowledgable with the current guidance also which makes it easier to relate. I’ve never felt confident in first aid even though I’ve taken part in a number of them until I completed this one. Would highly recommend, thankyou!!

Fantastic course with first stop safety training! The baby and child 2 hour first aid course was engaging and incredibly useful. Can’t recommend it enough to any first time parents!

Today our group had a paediatric first aid training day with Sean. I have ADHD and can find mandatory training difficult to follow and focus on. I did not have that problem today. The training was fun, interactive, engaging and creative. A good mix of theory and practical. I felt like Sean really brought the best out of the group and I felt comfortable in sharing thoughts and experiences. I don’t often come away from FA training with much to think about, but I feel confident in reflecting on our early years practice and making positive changes for the health and well-being of our little ones. I wish all courses were like this! Thanks again.

It’s the second time I do paediatrics first aids training with them and would repeat again. It’s always good to have these trainings refreshed but they are long and sometimes boring. Sean did it great to keep us engaged and go through all the main things easily.

Just participated in the Paediatric First Aid Course.
Sean was superb he was engaging and delivered each part with precision and step by step guidence in a relaxed manner.
It was good to learn about the different ways to administer FA to adults and children and as to how First Aid can change rapidly.

I personally found the one day training to be a little intense as there is so much information to take in.
That is just my opinion as it is 30 + years since I did an FA course, perhaps the younger trainees will see it differently.
Overall a great and interesting training experience.

Robyn was so lovely and super friendly. The course itself was really informative and I definitely learned some new tips and information that I didn’t know before! The interactive games were fab and Robyn made everyone feel super comfortable and made us laugh lots. Highly recommend booking any courses with these guys offer, I’d be excited to attend any training if I knew Robyn was delivering it!
