I bought 2 Rubberwood bedside cabinets in black they were exactly what I wanted they look stylish and are very good quality, fast free delivery and they were packaged really well. I am very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend.

Really good experience of buying with them - I ordered two bedside tables and initially only one arrived but great comms from customer service. Bedside tables were good quality and easy to put the legs on, would purchase furniture from them again in future

Excellent customer service from Fishe & Lilly. Although I ended up changing my mind about the order, their team were incredibly helpful throughout - especially Stephen who was very responsive, friendly and quick to resolve any questions I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Fisheandlillie review given in July and a response from the co -founder was given. I was asked to personally email him, which I did 6 days ago. No answer! Surprise surprise!! He made it his personal mission to deal with my complaint! Clearly has not ! I was happy he took the time to respond with an offer to give a partial refund and really respected that! Still Waiting!! Their furniture is high‑quality, unique, and the company is genuinely excellent to buy from.

The pieces come already put together; you just have to add the feet, which is amazing, and they feel like the best quality wood out there. The delivery was super speedy. Two men brought it directly to my door. And they came super well packaged.
The pieces elevated the look of my house soooo much. I'm super happy and will be buying more.

Lovely efficient friendly company to deal with. A lost/delayed item was the fault with the courier. A scratched item was quickly resolved by F&L.
The website accurately illustrated the console table, which although not of the top quality, does the job we required. Overall very pleased with our purchase.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had with any furniture company. Ordered a table, the table was faulty. The table was picked up and instead of sending me a replacement, I was sent the exact same table. I then proceeded to contact customer care who then informed me that I wouldn’t be receiving my item for another three months.

It’s a shame because the quality of the furniture is good and I’d recommend it. The quality control and the support was what let this down.

I bought some furniture in 2024 which later developed a defect. The team were helpful and supportive and despite it being out of the time policy they organised a replacement. Very helpful!

I had never heard of Fische and Lilly but it came up when I was looking for a sofa bed to suit an old style / retro room suggesting the Oslo mid century modern tufted, which was perfect. As I needed it delivered to a remote area and for a particular window of time I was not optimistic it would be possible but Fische and Lilly made everything very easy and the customer service from Stephen was superb. The delivery was scheduled as promised and it was possible to also arrange assembly.
The sofa bed arrived today and is as perfect as I hoped. I could not recommend this company highly enough and will use again.

Unfortunately, I’ve not had a very good experience with this company-I needed to cancel my items and send back a partially delivered order yet I’m still waiting for my refund over 2 weeks later……

I suspect a lot of the reviews are fake. I ordered two bedside tables. Both arrived with marks, scratches and in one case, a badly damaged corner. One - and this is pretty funny - appeared to have arrived without the hardware to install the legs.

On second glance, the hardware was actually rolling around in there, behind the drawers, with no easy way of getting it out.

Just a really bad experience.
