We wanted to have a charter for our spring break trip to Gulf Shores. This was my 1st time using Fishing Booker and I couldn't be happier. There was a wide variety of options with a description of the boat and captian with reviews to help make my decision. Captain Cade turned out just as described and we had an amazing trip. Great Service Site/Application

The customer service was excellent they respond quickly. I mistakenly paid for my whole trip when I made my reservations and I asked for them to refund me so I can pay right before we fished. No problem at all. Thanks for a great day !!! Will use the app again when I return to fish next year.

Captain no showed for a trip that we had planned for months. Fishing Booker does not allow reviews unless a trip is completed, so they are just protecting idiots like this who obviously don’t care about fulfilling an obligation for which a deposit was paid. They claim we’ll get the deposit back, but I won’t hold my breath after this debacle.

Easy to book my recent fishing trip in Cancun.

Updating account information was painless. Rocky, the support specialist who responded to my help request, did so with in a couple hours of me submitting the request and had the issue resolved within an hour after the case was opened.
