Ordered my 9th pair of FitFlop trainers recently thinking they can’t be any better! Wow was I wrong. They are unbelievably comfortable (I have back issues) and can walk long distances without any pain. Will definitely be back for my 10th pair soon!

One pair arrived new and fit very well. The other, however, arrived used! I took pictures. I pointed a flash light into the shoe and saw a FOOTPRINT on the bottom of the shoe!!! I don’t mind used shoes IF that’s what I purchased. It is not. I paid for a new pair. I expected to receive a new pair. I returned the shoe even though it looked and fit beautifully. Please do not send used shoes to your customers. If you have a problem with returns, sell the used pairs at a reduced cost. Thank you.

When I first started buying and wearing FitFlop I was highly impressed. I had a broken ankle that didn’t heal properly and I found FitFlops to be the only shoe that I could walk in that are comfortable and without a noticeable limp. Later years, they do not seem as comfortable. Seems as though something has changed and I am displeased that I do not have the comfort I had gotten use to with fitflop.

I emailed that the fitflops broke in the third wear. No response from the company after two weeks.

A FitFlop customer for 20+ years . . . sandal styles have become smarter and more varied from the original black grosgrain uppers but the exceptional comfort and support of the original has remained reliably the same. These days I'm strictly an online shopper because the selection, the price and the prompt delivery can't be beat!

I have plantar fascitis, I've bought several of the wobbleboard technology shoes and they really seem to help. I can wear them for longer than any other shoe with little to no discomfort.

Beautiful shoes very comfortable I have bought from flip flop before and the quality is first class.

The first pair of sandals I ordered arrived in a slightly pokey fashion and one of the sandals was missing an accent piece. I thought for $200. I wanted them to be perfect. I returned the defective pair. The website didn't offer exchanges or the reason option of "defective". I speedily returned the defective pair and reordered the same style. It took over two weeks for the second pair to arrive and communication was nil. Upon trying the second pair on, I noticed the buckles are not easy to contend with it. It's a combination of a stiff strap and tight squeeze under the buckle. I really love the look of these sandals, I hope they hold up, get easier to put on, and are comfortable. I have only worn them once.

I think you should make it clear that returns from EU countries are not free.
I paid 110€ for a beautiful pair of sandal, but the sizing is very small. Now I can’t afford to send them back, but I can’t wear them. This is so disappointing.

The new paperless way of returning proved to be difficult. I could not call easily from Ireland as it's a UK number and my phone plan did not allow it. Therefore had to email,.I guess t and automatic response back saying it could be 10 days before I hear back which is not good enough when time is of the essence for returns. I still have not received an email back and it's been past 10 days. I love fitflop shoes, and I ordered the size I usually get but it was small.
If returns are going to be paperless a person should be able to deal with the matter electronically and not through an old fashioned phone call (it's as out dated as paper)!
