Rob was my coach, and I honestly have nothing bad to say about him - he has tried to help and made effort.

Likewise, I have nothing negative to say about Ste personally. His success speaks for itself, and I admire what he’s achieved going from being a school teacher to building what he has for himself, it’s great to see.

I haven’t spoken to the rest of the team, so I can’t comment on them. However, Sara is the reason I’m leaving this 1-star review. I’ve had a few other minor concerns and issues, but nothing ever felt significant enough to leave a negative review until now. The way Sara handled things with me just didn’t seem fair or reasonable at all.

There was a total lack of empathy, and it felt like the entire conversation was “her way or the highway.”

I requested to speak with her or someone else over the phone or via Zoom to discuss the issue at hand and mainly just to provide more information and more context on my situation. My thought process here was, over the phone or on zoom we could potentially communicate more clearly and effectively and maybe explore solutions that would work well for both parties, as I felt the messages I was receiving and responding to were potentially being misunderstood and misinterpreted, which can sometimes happen over text.

Despite this, she persisted in messaging me without any real consideration for how I felt about how she was handling the situation. That’s why I’m leaving this review.

It’s a shame, because I didn’t think this was necessary, but it is what it is.

The FBU mentorship program, overall, seems to be effective for the people who they are trying to help, based on what I’ve observed. I have no motivation to slander the program itself, even though I’ve had a disappointing and dissatisfying experience in engaging with Sara.

I understand why things are done the way they are from a business standpoint, but sometimes what's best for business isn’t always what’s best for the people you are trying to serve. It’s difficult to keep everyone happy, and I do recognize that.

All I’d say is to make sure you are a good fit for what FBU actually does and how they choose to do it before you decide to start. That’s likely the only way you will get what you want or need from the program and see a return on your investment.

I signed up to The CEO Programme with FBU looking to grow my business because I was stuck and didn't know the best direction to take it in.

What really stood out was their advice on hiring and training staff, this was the original reason I joined.

But they’ve actually helped transform every area of the business.

We now have a consistent marketing process that acquires over 100 target market leads a day.

A lead generation strategy that doesn’t leave us going round the houses for 3 days in the DM’s just to get ghosted. We are able to provide value to these people without sounding desperate, they actually engage with us and want to enquire about coaching.

Our sales process gives us confidence on every consultation because we know how to display and package our service in a way that shows the value to our dream audience without ending every call with ‘I’ll think about it’.

Client retention and success has never been better. We’ve been able to cut out all the unnecessary ‘features’ that provide no value, but also add in key elements that really provide a great experience and get incredible results. Whilst not spending hours on each client a week or feeling like you need to be at their every beck and call.

My experience so far has been nothing but positive with everyone at FBU. Every question gets answered swiftly and with great detail.

If you’re serious about growing your business the right way and you’re willing to put in the work required to do so, I couldn't recommend FBU enough.

From being a burnt out PT on the gym floor, to now running an online business, it’s safe to say that FBU has given me my dream life.

Ive been with FBU for over a year now and since then, i haven’t looked back.

My past self would be in absolute shock and disbelief if i knew how much money i am making today. Achieving financial freedom isn’t something i thought would be possible as a ‘PT’, but thanks to Ste and the team they’ve help me achieve it.

If you work hard and listen to the mentors, i don’t see how this program can’t work.

Investing in FBU was the best decision I made for my business. I joined feeling lost but the cosches are great and the support I’ve received so far has been amazing - I’ve never felt more confident that my coaching business will actually grow in the way I want it to! I’ve just signed on for another 12 months and can’t wait to see where I am on the other side of it!

I worked in sales for the company. In May, I had a record month in sales. The next month, the company changed the commission structure, reducing it by 5% and altering the payment schedule to quarterly, along with removing bonuses, despite our initial agreement of 10% monthly with bonuses.

Following this, I received feedback regarding a drop in close rates. This feedback was given publicly without actionable advice and not in a private setting.

Additionally, there were issues with leadership, timely payments, and meetings starting late. When I left, my invoice was modified to remove previously agreed-upon bonus payments (fraud?) leading to delays in my final payment. I was eventually paid 26 days into the following month after continuous follow-up.

Around the same time, three other staff members also left due to similar treatment.

In my opinion, the company lacked integrity and values, affecting both employees and potentially clients.

I’m still owed money and given up on the fact that some company’s values don’t include treating staff well.
