Excellent service from the Camberley store, they helped us to select the best equipment for our small home gym, at a very competitive price with some added extras FOC. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase good quality kit at affordable prices.

Great Shop, friendly staff and loads of choice for a home gym space

We had a brilliant experience when we visited Fitshop, Camberley. Not really knowing what we needed, Aaron was very professional & knowledgeable. He talked us through lots of options and planned out our whole home gym and it all fits perfectly. We would highly recommend popping in to see them, especially Aaron.

I purchased the Fitshop Taurus MS60 Elite Trainer - Multi Function Gym Rack System along with other accessories ( Camberley Store) & payed them to install them, they installed it January 2025. Several months later. I contacted them (3 Rutherglen Links, G73 1DF, Glasgow) 30/09/2025 of an incident I had, I was performing squats with a weight I could handle but the bar you twist (off & on the hooks) got stuck, I had to rock the bar to get it free. I sent them a video with photos. It took till 28/11/2025 for an engineer to come to my place to fit a new part (makes no difference as I'd stopped using it for chest, legs & shoulders) the same engineer came 16/12/2025, fitted more new parts and took photos as he wasn't happy with the machine. I've asked for my money back & they've stopped answering my emails & calls. You buy a machine so you can safely train by yourself & it traps you underneath it. I told them I would complain on Trustpilot & they just don't care.

Fantastic service from Fitshop Camberley. I ordered a stand for my selectabell dumbells. I rang the store and was dealt with by Aaron who facilitated the order to be delivered to the shop for collection as it is local to me. The order arrived promptly and on my collection Aaron greeted me outside the shop with the item so I didn't have to carry it too far to.my car. The service provided by Aaron was exemplary and I hope my thanks are forwarded to him and he is appropriately rewarded for his actions.

A long standing customer of Fit Shop, I was most recently considering purchasing an Open Hex Bar and browsing a number of retailers for the best deal. I had a question about the length of the Taurus bar and used the online chat to speak with Jack in the Camberley store. I'd seen a slightly cheaper Bar elsewhere and Jack price matched it for me which sealed the deal.

I’m still waiting on missing parts. I’ve now been told it could take 3-4 weeks for these.
Really disappointed

I bought the Marcy HG5000 Deluxe Home Multi Gym.It's a great product, and they gave me a great price. It was a bit slower than some for delivery (about a week), but made no difference to my schedule. I will certainly order from them again when I need some sports equipment.
