Quick, professional and really helpful!! Would highly recommend!

Abhi from FHA Ltd came to check all devices for us. He is very helpful, nice and professional. The service was excellent and I will definitely recommend FHA to people and will use them in the future.

I have been well rewarded by fitting these alarms in that it is not only piece of mind but also excellent service from a friendly and efficient engineer.

Just had a new home alarm fitted by George who did a fantastic job.
Very knowledgable and offered advice/solutions throughout the work.

I had a Yale Smart Home Alarm fitted around 6 years ago at a cost of nearly £800 by Fitted Home Alarms. No problems with the system until a few days ago, when the control box required a battery change. Explained the problem on the telephone and was advised that the cost would be £90 call out and £36 for the battery; a total of £126, which I agreed. When the engineer called the following day he advised that they do not have replacement batteries as Yale had stopped selling the system a few years ago but he did suggest I might try Yale or Ebay. Just in case, he quoted for a new system should I not get hold of a replacement battery. However, as the engineer suggested, I sourced a replacement battery on EBay and pleased to say managed to fit myself.
As Fitted Home Alarms were unable to help on this occasion they fully refunded the call-out fee. How can you ask for more? Definitely a company I would recommend

On 09/08/19 I’ve contacted customer service to report Risco alarm issue.
I was told same day, that as soon as alarm panel comes online someone will do a remote check.
Alarm panel goes on and off many times during every day, so there was opportunity to do some checks.
In two weeks’ time nothing improved, so I’ve contacted customer service again.
On 22/08/19 I was told that site visit needed, and they will come back to me with engineer availability shortly.
On 27/08/19 I’ve contacted customer service again, as no one was in touch in 5 days’ time.
I was told that Risco engineer for my area is back from holidays next week and will be in touch to arrange a visit as soon as he’s back.
3!!! weeks later, on 18/09/19 I’ve contacted customer service again to find out when finally, my problem will be fixed.
Today is 23/09/19 – my problem not solved. No one interested to fix it.
6 weeks gone…
Very poor customer service!!

George phoned in advanced and was nice and early.
He was friendly and efficient and did a great job getting rid of my spiders!

Excellent service and installation. Biju did a good job with installation and would defintely recommend.

Rang to book our annual service and an engineer was free to come the very next day. Rang 30 mins before to say they were on their way and turned up bang on time. George the engineer was friendly, quick and highly professional. Top service,cannot fault it.

The engineer phoned 30 mins before to let us know he was on his way. He was quick and efficient. He explained what he had done and tested everything.

We just got out Home alarm fitted today. George, the technician who fitted it, was a very Friendly guy and made sure we were explained every detail of our Alarm. Tested it and made sure everything worked as well as give us advise on what was needed in our house from his professional experience.
Would definitely recommend we are very happy woth his services
