It was good to be able to buy a burglar alarm without enduring the protracted hard sell favoured by this firm's lesser rivals.

The chap I spoke to on the phone was helpful, informative and helped me to choose the right system. Even better: he arranged for installation the very next weekend.

The engineer who installed the system was punctual, quick and neat - and took the time to properly explain how everything worked.

Highly recommended!

The engineer from the company was a friendly man with a sound knowledge of the security aspects of a house. He ensured the alarm was fitted neatly with no mess and not interfering with the aesthetics of the house. I am happy to recommend them

Once again Josh arrived on time and quickly set about servicing my alarm. He was his usual polite self and carried out the work to a high standard with minimum distribution to me.

Engineers very polite and get on with the service with no problem. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that they have not turned up on the date agreed on at least 2 occasions but they did reschedule fairly quickly.

Extremely efficient staff & excellent service..10/10 .
