Five Below レビュー 305

I went to five below today, which is December 4, 2024 in Detroit 8 mile in Woodward. I am offended that there is security standing at the door wanting to check your receipt when he sees you pay in a all urban area. I have shop at five and below in the suburbs and they don’t have that so I know we are being discriminated against because we are blacks.

Got headphones and they didn’t even work . The sound played normally . Don’t buy any electronics from five n below !!!!!!!!

None of the chargers work don’t buy any chargers from there as soon as you charge your phone it starts to uncharge then charge over and over again shitty ass chargers temu chargers are cheap asf and better then those

My town just got a Five Below. They officially opened on Friday, which was what was being advertised everywhere. Come to find out, they did a soft open on Thursday so their employees could get “on the job training” and a lot of their holiday items sold out at that soft open. I shopped there on opening day and was please and went back the next day with my son because he didn’t get to go on opening day and wanted to see what the store was all about. The shelves were half empty from the day before and an employee said they wouldn’t be getting another truck for a week or two. So you are just going to have bare shelves for two weeks when you literally just opened?

Furthermore, I hate that you can’t leave product reviews on their website! Other people deserve to know what type of quality the products are. I bought two body holiday scented scrubs, same brand. I used one on Friday night when I purchased it and it was great. I used the other tonight, a day after purchasing it, and it was thick and hard to scoop out and once I rubbed it in and went to wash off, I found that it made my body feel like I had rubbed Vaseline on it. Even the shower water was beading up on my skin, as if it were oily. I didn’t like it at all. I do remember those particular scents were covered in something sticky and oily on the shelves and my husband had ti reach for one in the very back to get a clean one, so I’m not sure if some kind of oil or Vaseline spilled into the body scrub or what, but it was not good! It did smell good though.

They deserve 0 stars I had put 1 only b to write review the worst s.....hole company to.work for they work you to death then give you thier ass to kiss I plan to file a lawsuit against this s..... hole company the dumb b..... district manager told on her self stay far away from this company I wouldn't ever shop there

Every time you order something online they take your money they take the order and then 10 hours later they say it’s out of stock terrible customer service you have to get in touch with them to see what happened to your order no communication whatsoever

The workers are all amazing in the ulster Avenue store in Kingston Ny!!!!!! Best service possible!!!!

I have shopped at this location out in Joliet. The people that work there they hover over you at the register without you even asking for help making you feel like you are trying to steal or something? Then I bought some Cheeto puffs that were very stale the product they have on their shelves tasting very old as far as the food other than that everything else is fine the books toys Etc but Five Below needs to teach their employees not to hover over you like that at the register especially at the one out in Joliet location

The five and below in farmingdale has the worst customer service ever the cashier accuse me for stealing something my daughter thought she scanned and didn’t get scanned by mistake and he was arguing with me back and forth and becoming very aggressive

We visit Five Below every time we go to a big city! I love they have the option for online shopping too for us out of towners.

I used to love shopping at Five Below. The company changed stores to self checkout. Now you are not allowed to scan your own items at the self checkout. If this change is due to thief - please change back to cashiers.

I've been a customer of the 5below in irving,Texas for over a year I've never had any issues until about 3 weeks ago the store gives off a thrift store vibe for one pallets and boxes all over can not push a cart thru the isles without running over or into product the employees have no idea what or if they have product and the I'm guessing he is a manager talking to customers like they are peasants or unintelligent he yelled in a child's face because the child was crying loud I won't be shopping in this store anymore

I was at the store in Indian Land SC (672) looking for a Buzz Lightyear. An employee named Terrance was a huge help locating the item I was looking for. He was extremely helpful and knew exactly where to find what we were looking for in the store. Thank you.

I had a very disappointing experience at the 5 and Below location in Greenwood, SC. When I approached the self-checkout to ring up my items, a cashier immediately came up to me and insisted on ringing up my items herself, even though it was a self-checkout station. I then noticed a Caucasian woman at the next register, ringing up her own items without any interference from the staff.

When I asked the cashier why she needed to ring up my items but allowed the other customer to proceed on her own, she gave me a vague explanation about how they're supposed to ring up everyone's purchases but let the other customer continue since she had already started. This explanation didn't sit well with me at all.

It was clear to me that I was being treated differently, and I couldn't shake the feeling that I was being racially profiled simply because I'm African American. I understand that 5 and Below may deal with theft issues, but that does not excuse treating customers differently based on their race. All customers should be treated equally, with respect and dignity. This experience left a very sour taste in my mouth, and I hope the management addresses this issue promptly.

Company installed self checkout. The workers want to scan the items and take control. It makes no sense. If they want to check me out then open the front register. But to stand in my face and try to scan my items is insane. The last guy was inches from me taking stuff out of my basket and scanning it in front of me. Then wanted me to hand him my payment method, SELF checkout MOVE!!!!

Five below in Douglasville Georgia now has self check out. This is the worst experience I’ve ever experience. Why would I wanna go to a store shop and then check myself out no one can ever be found my last time shopping at the store.

I used to work at the Five Below in my hometown. It was great at first. My manager was great, and I rather liked engaging with the customers. That manager had to go on a personal leave, and things deteriorated without them. This wasn’t their fault, I was very fond of this manager and I’m still in contact with them as a friend. The new manager sucks, and there’s a 99% turnover rate at my store in particular. The most recent policy of shutting down all but one register so that the employee had to personally check everyone out also drastically worsened the customer experience. I go in there sometimes to shop, but the employees can no longer be bothered to do as little as greet the customers coming in, something that was MANDATORY when I was there. I wouldn’t be surprised if Five Below as a business doesn’t last much longer. Also, on a personal note… when I was working there, I ordered a Five Below sweatshirt from the employees personal shop. Took $25 out of my paycheck, and I still don’t think it’s even been shipped to my store yet. Screw that place…

Unfortunately this is the only Five Below available to our area, it's not that their products are bad, because if you are in a pinch for a charger cable or charging block they have a few good deals, it's the quality of workers they hire in this place, I've gone to this store since they opened, always gone in picked my items paid and out the door, during COVID they didn't want nothing to do with you, they stood at one section, after you paid the run and sprayed and wiped the registers, now they chase you down while you wait in line to use a register, as they try to grab your items out of your hands insisting they have to ring you up, then why have ten registers, go back to the original way the store was designed where people stood in a line until the next cashier was available, by pulling the items out of my hands and demanding that you ring up my items, you are assuming I am or could be doing something illegal.. if I was steeling why the frig am I going to a register to pay, I only had two items In my hand, the little young girl got all mad and rude to me because I wanted to handle my own products of purchase... Don't friggin assume everybody is a thief there are many good people of our statute still left in this world. If it wasn't for us good paying people this little jerk would be without a job there and that place would be nothing but a empty building. Five Below, Find some employees above poor standards...!!!! When asked her name she told me she doesn't have to supply that to any customer.

Ordered 5 hot wheels got 4 of the same car. Very disappointed.

Walked up to register was not greeted even after I said hello, items were rang up and placed in a bag the cashier never said the total I had to look on the keypad. I paid for my items they were bagged and I left. It was a disappointment because I love this company
