I purchased this subscription for proper, formal, going out clothes. I'm not in my twenties, I don't need sports clothes and member's only jackets.

I am calling to cancel my subscription because I throw away at least one piece of clothing every month because they are out-right ugly. The quality is very poor and the clothes don't last very long

The clothes are very similar each month. I’ve gotten 3 pairs of gray pants, lots of Henley style shirts and some straight up just weird stuff. Ok quality.

Too much outerwear in a warm climate. Too many t-hirts too!

Packages could be better. Been a member for couple years and the clothes haven’t improved all too much. I’ve never really gotten anything I’ve loved, clothes are just ok. When I first got packages I feel like the quality was better. But has steadily got worse over time.

Stop making shirts that are longer in the back than the front, that’s not a thing that ever looks good. Even football jerseys don’t do that anymore.

That being said, even with the few weird items that I don’t wear, I’m still getting my money’s worth overall.

I have been using Five Four for about two years. No complaints whatsoever.

Im in love with the clothes picked 80% of the time.

I love that they added the “rate your package” feature, but it doesnt seem to actual change what i receive.

A few notes that ive given over time but i continue to receive:
- I dont like any black shirts, black sweaters, black jackets. No solid black upper body clothing. (I have white cats... i know, what a lame reason.)
- i dont like brown pants... yes, each one has a slightly different cut, material, etc. but, i just dont like brown pants... (probably because i dont know how to wear them.... either i wear them with dressy shoes, or white sneakers... im more of a colorful sneaker guy, though. Hence, jeans work well for me.)

Couldn't ask for anything more, I will have 54 as long as I live and breath!

Clothes look good, fit great, and i hate shopping so its perfect for me.

I enjoy getting new, unexpected clothing in the mail each month. I’m pretty sure I am a walking Five Four ad everyday!
I have a return from April (6 months ago) that I have yet to see. It was a simple sizing issue which should have been taken care of by June but I’m waiting for it. My husband is also a member and his clothing package always come with extras. I don’t receive very many bonus items from the employee who picks my clothes. I wish I did, because I do like the clothing

Receiving too many winter garments don’t need anymore....

They get it right! Colors/styles are diverse and I can mix and match to go professional/casual/relaxed! P.S. call in...customer service is incredible all in the US! Keep it up!

Sizing used to be good, now mediums are too long and smalls are too small in the chest for me. Styles recently have also been pretty bad, horizontal stripes and basically a rain poncho in the desert were my last box, I've donated them to goodwill.

Makes shopping for great clothes easy! There is no hassle, you can pause anytime and 95% of the time the clothes fit perfect. I am always excited to receive a package and when I do I always enjoy what is inside. I almost exclusively want to wear and do wear their clothing now. It is also a fantastic experience to either recognize or have someone else recognize you wearing FiveFour because they have it too.

clothes and everything is nice, always get complimented when i wear my Five Four outfit. wish there was an extra choice to avoid certain colors even though i like the bold and forward style

Why so many jackets?! I can't believe that I've received multiple rain coats as well. I either really like my package or it's something I'll never wear.

Five Four has consistent excellence. Every deliver I have received has always had apparel I have really liked and each new box is like a mini Christmas. I highly recommend a subscription, it is worth every penny worth well beyond the price you pay. Awesome value, great customer service and excellent products. A++++++
