Steven, this really made us smile. Thank you for such a brilliant review.

From arriving early and finding us already up and running, to keeping an occasional eye on us through the Tesla cameras, it sounds like we passed your inspection as well as the Tesla passed ours!

It’s great to hear you were impressed with the whole experience, particularly the communication and the team on the front desk. We’re also pleased we could take care of the HEPA and pollen filters and save you the messy job of getting to them yourself.

Thank you for trusting us with your Tesla and for describing it as a true “Five Star experience”. We couldn’t ask for much better than that.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you were disappointed with your experience, but we’d like to clarify the circumstances.

You contacted us at very short notice after your MOT had already expired, and we accommodated your vehicle in our final available slot that day. You also requested a full service, which was completed as agreed.

During the MOT, the vehicle failed on two mandatory items: a worn front suspension joint and an illuminated engine management light. With your agreement, we carried out further diagnostics to identify the cause of the warning light. This confirmed that the DPF required replacement, and we provided you with a quotation for the repair.

You chose not to proceed with the repairs, which we fully respected. No repair work was carried out and you were not charged for any repairs. The amount paid covered the service you requested, the official MOT test and the authorised diagnostic work.

We understand that repair costs can sometimes exceed what an owner feels a vehicle is worth. However, our responsibility is to identify faults accurately and ensure vehicles meet DVSA standards. We cannot issue a pass where mandatory defects remain.

We are happy to provide copies of the MOT report, invoice and diagnostic findings should you wish to review them.

Update: Since posting our original response, we have continued to make every effort to identify the alleged transaction. We also requested additional information through Trustpilot, including your full name, vehicle registration number and the approximate date of your visit. Unfortunately, no identifying information has been provided to date, which means we remain unable to locate any corresponding MOT inspection or investigate the concerns you have raised. Our invitation remains open, and we would genuinely welcome the opportunity to review the matter if you provide the requested information.

We have carried out a thorough search of our records but, based on the information available in your review, we have been unable to identify your visit. To help us investigate your concerns fully, we have requested further information through Trustpilot and would be grateful if you could provide your full name, vehicle registration number and the approximate date of your visit.

We take allegations such as these very seriously. All MOT inspections are carried out by DVSA-authorised MOT testers in accordance with the DVSA Testing Manual, and any recommendations or failures are based solely on the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection.

We are committed to resolving genuine customer concerns and will gladly carry out a full investigation as soon as we receive the additional information requested.
