Excellent service and workmanship
The staff at Fix Auto and the service received has been exceptional. They contacted us within a day of speaking to insurance company, booked in the car for inspection of works. Demonstrated understanding and empathy. Explained process and timescales. They kept us fully updated whilst they had our vehicle and now work has been completed the quality of the repair carried out is fantastic. Would definitely recommend Fix Auto and use again. We could not rate them enough- the lady organising my repair was incredible and could not do enough to support us. My car came back good as new and absolutely spotless. It was repaired quickly and to an excellent standard and a courtesy car was provided for the duration to ease the stress on our family.

Melanie is a credit to your company
I collected my car last week, after my insurance company sent it to the Barnsley branch for a repair. Melanie on reception is a credit to your company. She constantly kept me informed on the status of the repair. There was a small setback (suppliers fault) which they were apologetic about. Again, not Fix Auto’s fault. Not many companies give excellent customer service like this one. I’d never heard of Fix Auto before this, but would highly recommend. Thank you Melanie and all the staff that worked on my car.
Forgot to mention it also came back spotless inside and out. (E208)

Credit where credits due
Credit where credits due. Due to my love of cars I have dealt with many garages, but I cannot recall a service as great as that which was provided throughout the time my car has stayed at Fix Auto Barnsley, UK. The whole process from beginning to end has been seamless. Melanie has kept me informed each step of the way and without a shadow of a doubt she is a credit to the Barnsley branch. I picked my car up at the arranged time and the workmanship provided is amazing and it was clear to me the team has worked magic on my car and clearly they all take pride in their work.
