Used Fix Auto twice now. Great service. Andy was very nice explained everything when he collected and returned my car. Star was also very nice in the office dealing with the details and booking us in. Happy with the repairs

Pleasant people and company to deal with, car picked up as arranged, small hire car left, repair took a little longer than expected but the extra day or two was worth the wait. Extremely pleased with the workmanship. Ricky called 1 hr before collection and delivery which was appreciated. Car cleaned inside and out looks new again. Very happy customer

Quick, efficient, professional and helpful
They called me withing 15mins of being informed by insurance company, quick service, very courteous and helpful, they collected and dropped my car back at no extra cost, they even cleaned it inside and out, great communication too. Very happy customer.

Great service from Fix Auto, Star & Andy
Great service from Fix Auto Basildon, Jeep went in just before Christmas, kept constantly updated by the team on delivery of parts and repairs, Thank you Star Bewley. Just had the Jeep delivered back to us looking great by Andy who also collected the courtesy car great handover once again, thank you Andy. Note it arrived back washed in and out, cheers.. Fix Auto was recommended to us by our insurance firm, i do recommend them.
