Pleased with the repairs and the quality of work. Bit surprised the car wasn't washed so you could compare repairs/paint job to rest of car (which is what other repair companies do).
Communication was poor - delays due to broken equipment, ordering a new part at last minute, backlogs etc. Despite assurances I would be given updates (the % complete never changed on-line, no updates via whatsapp etc) - I had to call to find out what was going on, to find out at last minute I couldn't collect the car on estimated date as the repairs had been delayed again... Delays happen, would be great to get an update so I can plan for picking up the car.

Communication by going through a central call centre then told the line engage or not responding .to be told they will call you back with a update and never did ?Only after 3 chase up per issue

Fantastic service from start to finish I was kept updated from start to finish and the car looked brand new when they delivered it back

The whole process was made easy with helpful staff
and a quick repair completed on time and looks great.

Their Quality of Work was good, but the time taken to undertake the repair was not. On the understanding that the repair would take approx 1 week, I agreed to forego a curtesy car, however the repair took 3 weeks, with various reasons given throughout the process. Initially a delayed part (having been told that parts were usually on a 1 day delivery), then the painting failed a quality control inspection, then missing infill plugs, and finally a misaligned parking sensor bracket (pre-fixed) to the front body panel. All the delays were for understandable reasons, but communication through their tracking system was useless and misleading. A curtesy car (supplied for the final 3 days of the 3 week repair due to other commitments) was offered without having being checked and had collision damage (which probably would have been blamed on me, had a warning not come up on the dashboard, which alerted me to the problem, along with oil pressure and tyre pressure faults). I had no problems with the alternative curtesy car offered. The staff were all polite and friendly.

Fantastic help from the guys. I had an accident while travelling back from the airport in the morning. I dropped my car to Bruce , Alex , Liam and James and they saw to it quickly and couldn’t have asked of anymore. I would definitely Recommend.

James and the team were super helpful and friendly. They were also easy to get hold of on the phone and kept in touch well. They returned the car to my home address cleaned and valeted. All the work was to an excellent standard. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish. Picked my car up and brought courtesy car and kept me informed of progress of repairs to my car (which had been hit in a car park).All staff courteous, friendly and extremely pleasant throughout. Repairs to my car perfect and my car returned to me a week later.

Found staff at Fix auto Bury St Edmunds really approachable and kind. Went out of their way to help me. Got booked in really quickly and work was carried out to a great standard at a fair price. They ran over time slightly so kindly had the car delivered back to me! Highly recommend. Thank you again.
