James has been a great help with my repairs and made the whole experience stress free! they picked up my vehicle from my work office and collected my hire vehicle and arrange all of this for me so i didnt have to stress or worry! highly recommend.

Great service
I recently had my car repaired by this place based in Busy St Edmunds. I was impressed by their service, nothing was a problem, they kept me informed of the process at every stage, gave me a great courtesy car and fixed my car swiftly. Would definitely use again.

Car fix after an accident
After having a very stressful experience dealing with insurance companies, Alex and James at Fix Auto gave excellent advice and were lovely to deal with the whole way through.
My car came back in excellent condition and I am so pleased with the finish!
Would highly recommend.

Timelines to my repairs kept changing
Timelines to my repairs kept changing, and I was left without a courtesy car to begin with, and it became very extended. My repaired car was returned to me with the key not working as the battery had been changed, the door had to be slammed to shut properly, the window rattled and there was a loose screw in the door. (There was also a cigarette butt in the footwell) Twice it was returned to the workshop. (I eventually had to go to my own garage and pay for a new key battery myself as this still didn’t work) The staff, however were very nice, but I think communication was not great!

Every person involved in the repair and fix of my vehicle was extremely professional and helpful. From the drivers, to the reception team and the body shop manager - all where friendly, patient and receptive. The repair itself is first class.

Alex in the Bury office was so helpful and kind from start to finish. She rang me and explained the process and kept me up to date on the repairs on our car. I'd never had an accident before so wasn't sure what to expect, but she made me feel at ease and confident in the service we received. Even taught me to drive a manual which I'd never done before! Great service and staff
Work was completed in a timely manner. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional, especially James who explained everything well, kept me updated and was brilliant.

Efficient and Professional Service
I had the unfortunate experience of being involved in a RTA and Fix Auto Bury St Edmunds was the chosen location by the AA for my car to be repaired. From the start to finish I was kept updated on the progress of the repairs by James, who was very patient with me! I'm so happy to have my car back and it looks amazing, you would never know it had been damaged. Can't fault my experience with Fix Auto! Thank you :)
