Contacted me immediately to collect the car; called me regularly to keep me advised on progress; collected and dropped back the car promptly after the arrangements were made.

Very efficient. Car was turned around promptly and efficiently. Looks like new. Received regular update calls as promised.

Excellent Service, my car was repaired in just over a week. Staff very efficient I was kept updated throughout the whole process. I collected my car in show room condition, including a valet on the interior.

I am very happy of their service. My car was repaired there (after damage made by another driver while parking on street) and it was insurance claim. They provide super quick service, literally after 4 days I have car back with very good explanation what repair involved. Car looks like nothing ever happend to it and I just bought it few months ago, so I was really happy.I very highly recommend it.

I had a great experience with Sam and really appreciated the excellent customer service provided. I needed help sorting a few things out, and Sam was patient, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Everything was explained clearly, and nothing felt like too much trouble.

Super job done fixing my damaged door. Dent removed and re sprayed to match. My car was returned as good as new which exceeded my expectations. It took them a week to repair and return my car which I thought was more than acceptable. All the time I was informed about the state of the repair and estimated time of completion. They provided a little run around whilst they had my car. A bit small but it did the job as I didn't have to do any long journeys that week. My car came back seemingly waxed and polished and super clean which was a nice bonus.

Very disappointed, they had my truck for a couple of weeks, every time I called for an update I couldn’t get a clear response. I finally got my truck back and straight away noticed that they hadn’t finished the job correctly, yet not once was this mentioned to me, My truck was driven into by someone else so it should have been put back exactly how it was before I have certain tyres on my vehicle to cope with off road and rough terrain, instead of putting the same tyre back on that the took off they put a cheap alternative on! When I argued this with them I was just fobbed off telling me it’s good enough and as far as they’re concerned that’s how it’s going to be left. Really not good enough they may as well put the tyre back on they took off instead of putting a cheap tyre on that doesn’t even cost half the price of the ones I paid for on the truck ! This was not acceptable and they where not interested in correcting this thinking I don’t know what I’m talking about because I’m a woman if i paid nearly £300 for a tyre it’s should be like for like !!

My car went in for repair, it took a whole month to complete the job as the body work was poorly done and they caused damage to the inside of my car. No apology, communication or explanation. The courtesy car provided was also unroadworthy. Would recommend avoiding this company!

Fix Auto Cheltenham recently repaired my Seat after another driver helped reshape the driver side front wing in a supermarket car park.

The job they've done on it is great, as well as communication over how it was all progressing etc. Can't comment on pricing as it was covered through 3rd party insurance, but overall I think the service was great.

My Audi A1 drivers door got stoved in whilst parked. The insurer assigned the work to Fix Auto Cheltenham. I found them to be very professional and they undertook a very timely and high quality repair. 'All's well that ends well'.

Friendly drivers and helpful staff let down by technology. It took three attempts over 2 days to pay for repairs ver the phone. The card machine kept failing to communicate with the bank.

Customer service was excellent from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them, the repairs to my car were as a result of an insurance claim which was handled quickly and efficiently by the company.
