My experience with fix auto was outstanding. I was always kept up to date with what was going on and the repair work on my car was amazing and was carried out quickly. The reception staff were excellent especially Jenny ( I hope I remembered her name correctly). She was amazing and very helpful.

After another car had driven into the back of mine, Fix Auto was the garage the insurance company used. Staff were very helpful when dealing with myself on the phone, also when they were picking up and dropping off my own vehicle. They were very good at notifying of delays due to more work needed to be done on the vehicle as they were waiting for the parts.

I have used Fix Auto several times over a few months. Initially through my insurance,then later personally. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Great communication with the client, good quality work carried out in good time. Staff do everything they can to help. I have strongly recommended Fix Auto to friends and colleagues and will continue to use them myself. Great job guys and thanks again.

I can’t recommend this garage enough, I was referred to them through my insurance company for a small repair. The service was outstanding, the lady on reception was so pleasant & efficient, which should go without saying but these days it most often isn’t the case, she is a credit to the company. The work was carried out quickly & efficiently, courtesy car given to help me get on with my day. I will be back for anything else I need in the future, fantastic!x

The staff were always willing to help and if they were unsure of any electrical they phone to ensure that was the cars normal
