I had the misfortune of having a large van run into the back of my stationary Mercedes car. I managed to drive it to Fix Auto Colwyn Bay who promptly provided a quotation to repair my vehicle.This was approved by the third party insurance company - the parts were ordered and my car was repaired in seven working days. My car is back on the road again and I am very happy with the work done. I would highly recommend Fix Auto Colwyn Bay.

Excellent service. Really good communication with text messages, emails which made the world of difference, knowing when to take my car in and when it was ready for collection. Provided a courtesy car which helps as I live some distance from garage. Reception staff friendly and helpful, I would recommend this service.

You cannot fault this company , from the reception to the mechanics . Professional , friendly , they go above and beyond to help you . Amazing 10/10 Car went in after someone hit it. From the moment I took it in for a quote then they called to organise pick up and drop off of a courtesy car the entire team are so personable. They even fixed my boot cover and went out of there way to order me a number protector . The car came back looking brand new and absolutely spotless. It has never looked so clean inside and out.
