No stress repair.

Was sent to this garage by my insurance company after a minor bit of damage to my car.

After reading a lot of reviews I was a little concerned but in my case it proved unfounded.

Repairs were quicker than initially estimated and were done (seemingly) perfectly.

Garage kept me updated and all staff members I met were very friendly.

They gave a good competitive rate. They did a great job and the people who work there are so pleasant and made the process easy. The job came in costing less than the estimate and their professionalism has reinstalled my faith in that there are some good accident repair garages out there.

Excellent service, very polite and efficient. The only problem I had was the time it took to repair the car.

The customer service from this place was awful. they keep making promises they couldnt keep and costing extra money as a customer for no reason. Always full of excuses and when you did talk to someone is was as if they didnt want you on the phone. One woma was too busy playing on her phone during the call and got called out for it!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

This is the second time I have had to have my bumper replaced. Colour match was a tiny bit off the first time but seems great this time. Service always excellent and car very clean. Lady in the office pleasant, friendly and efficient.

The repair took a long time without much information but the courtesy car was good

A good job fixing my fully electric car but for some reason they used a lot of the cars battery which is odd as it was only cosmetic damage being repaired and as they don't have any facility to charge the car, I was left without enough battery to get home and had to use an expensive fast charger at pease pottage services.

Fix Auto came to collect my car which had to be repaired as a result of an accident. They were punctual, polite and kind. They even gave me a lift so I could get to the car rental company to pick up my temporary replacement car. The car came back looking great! They did a lovely job of repairing the dents and scratches to my car’s paintwork. They had cleaned and polished my car inside and out. I was extremely pleased with their service.

For me I was impressed for the following reasons
1. Ease of booking
2. Choosing a convenient time and date.
3. The fact they did not want the car unless they had the part or parts to replace
4.Collection service offered
5.Drop off service offered and excepted.
6.Working in conjunction with Eurocar.
