First of all was told would get our car back end of December then they mess up the order on parts then we get told it will be end of January then again they tell us they cant get a part for 5 days and cancel drop off 3 times then we get the car back and it has 2 scratches ,no fuel an extra 40 miles on the clock that should not be there and the back seats have got 4 big long dents in them all of this was not like it the day they picked the car up absolutely disgusting garage

Had car 2 weeks. Came back spotless with clean bodywork. No faults I could see with workmanship.

Made a great job repairing our VW Polo to high standard.

The repair to my Jaguar was very good and the paint match was perfect I would recommend fix auto to anyone who wants the job done properly

Just one of the worst garage I Hebe came across! I had my car to repair through insurance claim and it took nearly 3 months to repair and all ways excuses to delay the work never ever will recommend this garage! And to finalise the state they delivered my car, very very unprofessional people!
PS: make sure you check the petrol you have on your tank because mine had petrol for 158 miles return it 68 miles range!!! And to finish they have damaged on the driver’s side the paint on the handle, I will send the proof to the insurance company so they can investigate! The worst!

Great service and friendly polite staff. Little confusion regarding dropping my car off, hadn’t been explained that they would come and pick up my car for repair. Car looked brand new and was spotlessly clean.

Appalling service from this garage; would not recommend. Turnaround time very poor. Customer service from female receptionist is very poor; behaves like she is doing you a favour! I would suggest you look at alternative service provider.

The panel they have sprayed looked completely different to the rest of my car. Not happy as this effects the value of my car.

They've done a brilliant job on my car. The staff were always really friendly and helpful. Especially the person who dropped off my car. I was at work when he dropped it off and he noticed a parcel that had been left on my doorstop in the rain. So he locked it inside my car before putting the keys through the door.

Overall very happy with the service Fix Auto provided. Staff very polite over the phone. Very pleased with the repair itself. Only slight criticism was having to wait a bit longer for the repair to be done due to a delay in one of the parts that was ordered.
