Wrong Colour Badge
Range Rover Letterings were fixed in the wrong colour despite the car going to the body shop with the broken badge (the original colour of the badge was very much present on the car when it went to get fixed), and yet they fixed with the wrong colour. Disappointed and still waiting to be resolved.

We order parts based on your vehicle’s chassis number and, in this case, the badge was fitted according to the manufacturer’s specification. You've since informed us that the dealership had previously changed the badge colour, which unfortunately wasn’t reflected in the manufacturer’s records.
Please be assured that we take matters like this seriously. I’ve looked into your case and can confirm that we’re actively working with the dealership to resolve the issue. Our goal is to ensure your vehicle is restored to the correct specification and that you're fully satisfied with the outcome.

Would have been 5 but was told I was getting car back and I didn’t till next day also the link for updates didn’t show the progress of the repair at all. The girls in customer service were great as ass the lady that does the courtesy cars.

Good repair, nice staff, old fashioned processes
The repair was good, the staff were friendly, but the main pain was getting through on the telephone. Hearing some long-winded message about parts availability from the Covid era and explaining that lines were ‘extremely’ busy just strikes me as lazy and unnecessary. There’s nothing extreme about it if that’s the message each and every time; it’d appear that lines are normally this busy. Quite why I even have to speak to anyone at all is beyond me; why can’t I converse by email or similar? It’s 2025, not 1995 and I should be able to message when it’s convenient, not be bound by their office hours.
