This company has a great approach to customer satisfaction. The repairs carried out were to a high standard. My car came back clean inside and out. The staff across the board were very helpful and approachable.

Professional and finished work completed is first class. Customer service was excellent.

I spoke with Leslie on the phone to arrange my car repair, collection and car return. Leslie was very friendly and professional. The person that came to collect my car was also pleasant.

As for the car repair itself, I am very pleased. I believe the interior was cleaned too which was a nice touch and gesture.

Further feedback: My car collection time was a little inaccurate, a text message informed me my car would be collected at 11:17am but it was actually collected at 2 or 3pm. I wasn't bothered about a specific time, if the text had said collection between 7am and 7pm, even that would have been better. Rather than receiving inaccurate times.

That being said, this was all more than made up for with a friendly phone call, and, on the day of my car being returned to me, Leslie was quick to arrange a driver and have my car with me in no time at all.

Great job overall, would recommend.

Everything from start to finish was very good from first phone call to the car being returned. We were informed throughout. When the car was returned you couldn't even see were the car was damaged. The car was spotless and even cleaned inside. The only issue for us was the courtesy car only had 2 seats in the back

My car was in garage a week longer than timeframe originally given - I understand delays may happen however whenever I rang to enquire I was told it would be ready the next day on 2 occasions and this wasn't the case. Did not receive any other updates on delay apart from that I had rang to enquire. I was told inside and outside of car would be cleaned however inside of car was not cleaned.
On a positive note the pick up and drop of was seamless and good communication during this process.
Very pleased with work completed on exterior of car.

From start to finish this company promised a good service and provided same. From Alex in the phone to William who collected our car and left a brand new car with us. William returned our car before the date that the repairs were due to be done. Everything explained and William and Alex were both very pleasant and polite. Repairs were excellent and you would not have known the car was involved in an accident. First class from start to finish.

My car went in for a repair to the back panel. The car pick up was arranged efficiently during challenging weather! The while process was highly efficient and I was kept informed throughout. The car was returned back to me in a lovely condition with the inside beautifully valeted. Back panel restored to its former glory. I would highly recommend Fix Auto!!

A good company to work with. Repairs done to an excellent standard. No problems and was kept up to date as repairs were taking place.

My car needed some bodywork repaired it was collected in Omagh and I had a courtesy car for the length of the repair. My car was then taken to Lisburn for the repairs. The courtesy car was presented in a clean and pristine condition. When my car was returned after a short while it too was returned in a very good condition. I was very pleased with the service that I received from fix auto Lisburn.

Car went in for front panel repair and paint match. Arranged courtesy car and picked up my car. Kept me fully informed throughout the short period they needed from start to finish. Excellent service and staff would definitely recommend 5 stars.

Amazing service and keep you in the loop with regular phone contact and text messages. They picked my car up from my home and left me with a courtesy car. Also arranged return of my car. My car was spotless when I got it back too!

When I handed my car in I was told I would have it back in 3-4 days. For this reason I said no to a curtesy car and made other arrangements. I called the morning I was supposed to be picking up my car to ask for a time only to be told that it had been found that they had discovered they needed more parts than their picture assessments had shown and so the car wasn’t ready to collect. It then took 2 weeks for them to source these parts. It then was a further 8 days from when the parts arrived until my car was ready.
I was give them commandments for dropping my car off to my place of work once it was ready and being able to make the payment over the phone was a plus.
However, once I got my car home that evening and looked it over, one of the main parts wasn’t attached right and was loosely hanging on the side of the car. They had to take the car back the following week to fix the problem.

Overall, I understand that issues arise during this kind of thing but the lack of communication as to when stuff was happening, why it was delayed, when the new time estimate could be given etc was very frustrating as someone who relies on their car for work.

Can’t fault my experience with Fixauto.
