Communicated well from start to finish. Came when they said they would and also returned my car on time. Very pleased with repairs. Very courteous staff.

Never good to need the services of an organization that repairs cars, as it already means you have had an unhappy experience. I do however note that Fix Auto Lichfield branch picked up my car for me and repaired it quickly AND extremely well. You cannot tell it had combat damage now the repair is completed! If I had to use a bodyshop service again then Fix Auto would be my first call.
