Excellent service
Excellent service. Could not have been more helpful. Wendy went the extra distance when I had problems with the insurance company's delay in forwarding the vehicle. The assessment was completed in a day and I had a courtesy car delivered to my door next day. I received regular updates on the progress with the repair. And my car was returned looking as new inside and out.
All I had contact with, both customer services and drivers, were caring, friendly and helpful. My car couldn't have gone to a better garage

AVOID WORST GARAGE EVER repaired my…
AVOID WORST GARAGE EVER repaired my car and when I collected it by sideskirt was flapping off like the fixing had been broken . I said this to them but there denying responsibility, then when I was driving home from collecting my car it kept going into limp mode , also the garage saying this must be due to wear and tear so again taking no responsibility. The car was running perfectly good when they had it in , now I'm left with no car as it won't go over 15 mph and the cost of having to get a actual decent garage to fix there mistakes!
In reply to ur reply .... the car has never gone into limp mode and was running perfectly when it came to you so I can't see that's the case ...

They have done an excellent repair.on…
They have done an excellent repair on our car. The car has been cleaned on the outside and they have done a really good job. The people we spoke to on the telephone and in person were very polite. The car we were given whilst ours was being repaired was brilliant.

Great service from start to finish, quick to respond to the request for the quote to repair my car and quick to book the car in for the work to be undertook. Throughout the process I was kept informed of the status of the repair via text message (advising what step of the repair the car was at). Great customer service, great repair work, would highly recommend
