Received updates. Staff friendly and helpful. Courtesy car drop off was dealt with by a patient and kind driver. Pick up and return of car was equally professionally handled. My own car was returned spotlessly and topped up with the petrol it left with. I would recommend this company.

An absolutely first rate experience; I couldn’t have been more impressed with the whole process of carrying out the repair work. I was continuously informed about the various stages of the repairs and of the timings which were strictly adhered to. There were regular telephone and iPhone messages.

When I gave Fix Auto the name of my insurance company there was nothing left for me to do. They dealt with the insurance, collected the car and returned it fully repaired with a guarantee on their work. What could be simpler? In addition, they collected and delivered the car at the times that we had agreed, and they kept me regularly updated by phone as to how the work was progressing.

I have nothing but praise for the team at Fix Auto Mid Devon. My damaged car was collected the same day and a courtesy car was delivered to me the next day. New parts were ordered for my car and the damage was repaired within the week. All staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. My car looked perfect when it was returned to me. I would highly recommend Fix Auto Mid Devon for any repairs you might have.
