Communication from Joel was exceptional from the day it was booked I until the day it was completed. He kept me informed of what was happening as the car needed to attend the main dealer. This was booked and resolved within 2 days. Car looks as good as new.

Only thing that let it down sadly was the receptionist. On two occasions was rude and only seemed interested in the excess that needed to be paid. There was no ‘would you like to check the vehicle’ on arrival just asked for the excess to be paid.

I would highly recommend Fix Collision, Crowlas, Penzance. They carried out excellent work on my Ford Mondeo (registration LJ16) and returned it looking fantastic.

The staff were professional, friendly and very courteous throughout the whole process. They kept me informed, made everything easy and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish.

I had my alloy wheels refurbed here, as they were very curb damaged and scratched.

Absolutely outstanding service. Had 4 wheels refurbished which were dipped and then powder coated in my choice of colour. Every step of the process was explained to me in detail and they were even able to supply tyres. The whole process was easy at a reasonable price. My wheels are outstanding, better than when they were new. I have no hesitation in giving the guys at Fix Auto a 5* review

From booking the car in, to collection, the service was 5* they understood my needs and carried out the repairs on the same day, which was totally unexpected, but very welcome. These guys were really really helpful. They managed to make the price so the insurance didn’t write off my car, they came to collect my car from home and had it fixed and sorted in super quick time which for me as a driving instructor was super important, no car = no work!
I would definitely recommend them and would go back to them in the future
