The service was amazing - kept up to date at all times with what was happening to the car. The job was done perfectly and the car come back immaculate and the cleanliness was superb. The car was collected and dropped back to me when said and courtesy calls were made to let me know of collection and re delivery. Would 100% use these guys again. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the repairs and the service I received! They also cleaned the car & it looks brand new. The gentleman who collected and delivered the car was lovely and polite and answered all my questions.

The reception staff were extremely polite, friendly and during the time when my car was being repaired, kept in constant touch with me by phone. The repairs were carried out very professionally and to a high standard.

It took too long for the car to be repaired because they could not get an automatic car to provide the customer. We waited almost 3 months

They fix not good at all not even put my bumper properly and from remote bajac not opening withe key

Only downside I experienced that I didn't get automatic car even I explained about my leg and back conditions.

Excellent service rang me to arrange recovery of car to garage Kept me informed and gave estimate of time for repairs. Only contact was with repairs garage as insurance company were unresponsive etc. received courtesy car which was a new car. Car repaired and cleaned to high standard

All good the people were very friendly they kept me up to date all the time and returned my car in great condition. The car looked almost new

Director extremely rude and confrontational. Not professional. Very under staffed.

Took 7 weeks to get the van booked in then made me wait 3 days to collect my van once it was repaired as they didn’t have any ‘empty slots’ for me to come in, then told me if i couldn’t make the one day they offered me I would be charged £60 a day for the courtesy car.

Would never use again.

Van returned with engine light on it didn’t go in with one on. I have yet to take this to ford to diagnose what this is.

Repairs good and cleaning the car inside and out was a nice touch. Took a long time to get booked in though, then nearly two weeks from when we dropped the car off and they also overran.

Really good service again and car looks amazing
